   I had a really bad experience with TGF Pizza on Woodford Avenue. I called to place an order, and the customer service was honestly terrible. The person on the phone was rude, didn’t seem interested in helping, and had no basic manners. It felt like I was bothering them just by calling. Because of the way I was spoken to, I didn’t even bother going ahead with the order. Really disappointing, and definitely not the kind of service you expect when you’re trying to order food. Hope they improve how they speak to customers, because this was unacceptable.

   Really impressed with TGF Pizza in Gants Hill. The pizzas are always fresh, tasty, and loaded with toppings — proper comfort food. Staff are friendly and make you feel welcome (special shoutout to staff who’s super helpful). Prices are fair, especially with the deals, and delivery is usually quick. Great spot for a late-night bite or a weekend treat!

   I am writing this review after a deeply frustrating experience tonight (September 21st, 2025). I arrived at the shop at 1:46 am hoping to place an order. A staff member was standing at the door. When I asked if they were still open, he immediately said "no." I asked what time they closed, and he first said 1:30 am. I reminded him that their listed closing time is 2 am, to which he casually changed his story and said, "or 1:45 am we close." I showed him the time on my phone—it was only 1:46 am, just one minute past his own arbitrary closing time. I even mentioned that I was a local neighbour, hoping for some understanding, but he refused to serve me. As I was walking away, he called after me, saying, "I do this time but no next time," which was completely unprofessional and confusing. I informed him that I would be making a complaint about his rude behaviour and leaving a review. His response was dismissive. The service was shockingly poor for a paying customer who simply wanted to order a minute after an unposted closing time. I took my business to another shop that was happy to have it. I will not be returning to TGF Pizza. Management needs to train staff on customer service and clearly post their actual operating hours.

   Food 4/10 Pizza arrived warm (doner pizza hardly could taste the doner, Hawaiian pizza had a few pieces of pineapple). Chips soggy BBQ wings burnt and tasteless Hot wings thick layer of breadcrumb Don’t think I’d be ordering from there anytime soon.

   Horrible food. Pizza was not cooked properly but luckily edible. Garlic bread was dry. CHICKEN WINGS WERE STILL RAW!! ABSOLUTE JOKE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
