   Terrible experience, they sent me the wrong order after waiting 40 mins despite telling me delivery will be 15 mins! They called me to rectify and let me know they’re sending the right one and that it will be delivered in 10 mins, what nonsense, it’s now been another 30 mins! Have called them over 5 times, no one picking up and they just cut the phone. Do not recommend!

   Ordered Buffalow wings which came with out Buffalow sauce yet again.(happens regularly) When I returned I was told by a smug man that they don’t come with Buffalow sauce and I have to pay extra lol.wont be returning after using the store since Carl opened it.terrible attitude and terrible service.

   Oh it won't be long before these are below 3 stars, all complaints about the same thing. Pizza never showed, I then rang to see where it was, no answer, I then rang again, person was rude and then hung up on me.. pizza then arrived uncut. But having seen the type of staff loitering outside the actual store I should of known better. So it's my own fault for thinking they were anything but useless.

   I had an absolutely delicious pizza from the Loughton Papa Johns. It was prepared and delivered with care in an expected time frame. The pizza was delivered hot being almost fresh from the oven. Even the tomato base was succulent and tasty. Definitely one of the best pizzas I've had outside of Italy.

   This was the worse choice of my life haven't had a pizza this bad. I would advice the council to pay a visit and maybe fine them or close them down I think there is a food and hygiene matter within this papa John's. Please take this review seriously.
