   Just tried Zumuku Sushi for the first time. Nice sushi, decent, light and tasty crab tacos and the katsu curry was really nice comforting food. Will definitely go back

   I had an amazing experience at Zumuku Sushi. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, stylish, and welcoming. What really sets Zumuku apart is the freshness of the food. Every piece of sushi tasted incredibly clean, crisp, and vibrant — you can instantly tell how high the quality of the ingredients is. The salmon was unbelievably fresh, with that perfect melt-in-the-mouth texture you only get from top-tier sushi. Even the rice was perfectly seasoned and clearly prepared with care. A special mention has to go to the chilli squid — easily one of the standout dishes of the day. Perfectly cooked, tender, and coated in a spicy, flavour-packed sauce that had just the right kick. It’s the kind of dish you try once and instantly want again.

   We really enjoyed our visit to Zumuku sushi in Warrington. Never judge a book by its cover! When we first arrived, the place looked more like a takeaway than a restaurant, and with only six tables on a busy road, we weren’t sure what to expect. But the staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming, which put us at ease straight away. You can order through their app or by scanning the QR code on the table, but we ordered directly with them, and it was absolutely fine. The menu has a nice variety of different specialties. I don’t think they have an alcohol licence and the drinks menu is quite small, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The food itself was fantastic — great presentation, fresh, and really tasty. They were also happy to accommodate a special request for my daughter, which we really appreciated. Overall, a really positive experience and definitely worth a visit if you enjoy good-quality sushi and friendly service!

   I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the best sushi I’ve had in the whole country! The ramen is absolutely delicious – nowhere else did I enjoy it as much. I’m truly obsessed with the food here: always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. On top of that, it’s one of the cleanest takeaways I know, which makes me trust it even more. Highly recommended!

   Delicious, fresh food! Popped in for lunch with a friend and we were both absolutely made up. The katsu, sushi and ramen were beautiful. We finished with some mochi ice cream for dessert, which was super tasty and nicely presented. The service was quick and friendly too. The new management has definitely made a difference, it’s a big improvement to what the food was like there previously. I’d be stopping by again for sure!

   Ordered takeout for dinner, variety of dishes including sashimi, I ate one piece and it was nice, the second was oddly mushy so I avoided eating anymore. Woke at 3am with the worst food poisoning of my life. Spent the next 24 hours being violently sick, unable to even keep a sip of water down. Vomiting at least every hour, in the end throwing up foam as there was nothing left in me and I was severely dehydrated. This meal landed me in hospital, on 2 lots of antisickness medicines, as I threw up the first oral set, and needed intravenous antisickness meds, a drip, and an overnight stay in hospital. It took me a week to feel normal again. Avoid!!!!

   First experience with Zumu didn't disappoint. We ordered the chef selection which came with some extra pieces which was a nice touch. All the sushi items were well received but the Salmon was tremendous! It was really buttery with a great flavour. It was quite expensive but offset by a voucher we had. Delivery was reasonably punctual. We'll use again but probably only with some form of discount.
