   I ordered food online through Just Eat, and it never got delivered even though the app said it was. It took me two days to get in contact with the store; my schedule was too busy for me to go in person. When I finally got in touch with someone, they answered very rudely before I even told them my problem. When I told them what happened, the guy on the phone said, "So." I asked if there was a way i could still get my food or a refund and he said there was nothing he could do and hung up.

   This place has been great for years but the last few times have been really disappointing. Last night put me off pizza for a long time. Wrong toppings, but can't complain about service as new one here within half an hour. But replacement on thick base which was horrible and stodgy and all tasted undercooked and so much sauce that it was just slop. Last time for a while. Ate 2 slices and the rest went in the bin. Felt sick for hours

   Extremely lovely pizza. Staff were excellent, very nice and handsome. The stuffed crust was delicious. I am definitely going to go again soon!

   I don’t mind paying a premium for a premium pizza, however this is far from premium. The pulled pork and chorizo pizza had pulled pork on roughly half of the slices and there was no sign of the chilli base whatsoever. Won’t be rushing back.

   ***100% Failure Rate*** We have used this franchise several times; there has been problems with our orders 100% of the time. They've managed to be hours late to deliver pizzas, food slumped to one side of the box, they've sold dips then phoned prior to delivery to say they don't have them - we've had sides that have been burnt then left to go cold. They have the potential to be a great store - Papa John's have a class leading product. Unfortunately this store doesn't hit the mark. I hope they get it together - there's many other takeaways in Ormskirk already doing a better job.

   Ordered multiple pizzas. 2 had clearly been put on their side either in store or in the delivery bag so toppings had slid (see pic). Not great when it's meant to be a half and half pizza.haha. took pictures and thought I'd claim online as had already waited a while. Turns out you need to call the store. Then when I called the store was told you have to call within 30 mins but could request a refund online. Which it turns out is impossible to find. All in all not a very good experience
