Ordered 3 pizzas for when they arrived it looked like they had been tipped upside down and thrown around all toppings was off the all 3 pizza’s the driver was reluctant to take them back and could t see what the issue was
Great tasting pizza would highly recommend. Ordered veggie pizzas with chillies, one with a bbq base. Everyone enjoyed it. Had the perfect amount of sauce and cheese for me.
Our favourite pizza place in welling. It always tastes great and the staff is really kind and friendly . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Update June 2024: I'm really surprised to read the bad reviews here. I've been there like 6 times in the last half year and never had an issue. To be honest I always do collection in the store and wait so the pizza is always warm and never got the wrong order.
Great tasting pizza, shame about the service. They got the pizza wrong despite the order clearly mentioning no jalapeños/ chillies and other things instead. Called them to get it rectified and he expected me to wait 40 - 60 mins for the driver to collect the pizzas uneaten, and then wait upto 60 mins more for corrected pizzas. Would not accept pictures proving this(picture attached). Avoid this branch as they have poor customer service.
Rather disappointing tbh, at least is better than when I ate at their gravesend branch 4 years ago but the dough on the garlic pizza tasted sweet which makes it worse, the 3 is for the pizza and that’s it!
DON’T ORDER IF YOU ARE HUNGRY! YOU WON’T GET YOUR PIZZA! I ordered a few times from this store and last time when I ordered I had to wait 2 hours and a half as I called them few times to ask what happened to my order and every time they was giving me same excuse “the delivery man is doing delivery at the moment and mine one will be the next” but this next took nearly 3 hours. Finally, at 12.30am I received my order. Today, I have decided to give them one more chance and I have taken the risk to order again, but…Guess what happened… Of course, this time I have cancelled it. The same… So, I definitely don’t recommend ordering from this store if you are hungry.
Rude, late, incorrect pizza and disappointing! Wrong pizza delivered after waiting over an hour. When called took ages to answer and then when they did phone back with explanation, no apology, hadn’t even started cooking correct pizza to send. Have said they will refund and hope they do! Especially when they hung up on me at the end of the call!
We went to buy some pizza, potato wedges and fried wings directly from the shop in Welling , the service was awkward, probably high out of their minds , took me a good 10 minutes to place my order because it felt like they were zoning out , at the end , they gave us only two boxes where as we orders three items and I asked if the wings are there with the potato wedges and they guaranteed me they are , to my surprise when i got home they weren't there so I think they left them out on purpose , wouldn't recommend this place!!!
SCAMED ME OT OF MONEY NEVER USED THESE PLACE always enjoyed pizza gogo when I lived in lewisham, however since moving this store become my closest and appears to be poorly run. first time being a 2 hour wait, and I've just had to cancel an order right now because according to the staff I phoned the driver has been out delivery for over 30mins. Since this I had to phone back 5 times as they are refusing to give a refund. SCAMMERS
Terrible service. Made an order at 6:57pm, called at 7:57 to get an update ‘it’s gonna be late, it’s being cooked now’ is the rude and abrupt answer I got, no apology. Was told it would be another 20 minutes. 45 minutes later I called again and was met with more rude vague answers, couldn’t tell me how long it would be. It eventually turned up 2 hours after the order was placed, food was cold and didn’t taste great.
