Terrible pizza, way too cheesy, poorly prepared and I will never be ordering from this Welling branch again. No wonder pizza Hut is shutting down stores, quality has seriously degraded in the past few years
We ordered a deal , which included a "Chocolate Chip Cookie dough with Vanilla ice cream The ice cream was missing. When I called tthe hut , they told me that the ice cream was subject to availability. When I challenged them where was it written, he suddenly mentioned ok we will send it . So first they did not send the icecream even when they were available then person on the phone was very rude and sounded as if he was doing a favour by sending the item that I paid for . Absolutely disgraceful
Been coming here to pick up my midweek treat of a large deep pan supreme, for many years. Popped in Thursday as usual. Tapped my card as usual and left, noticed today that it's gone up by £2.00. That's 20% up on what I normally pay. You've just lost a 20 year customer. 20% is a liberty
the pizza was fine but the cinnamon sharer had to be thrown away. it came so burnt that it was rock hard and couldn’t be eaten. also came with no chocolate sauce like it said it would

This place is usually OK but tonight our order wasn't ready, even though the app said it was. So had to wait 10-15 mins. No offer of any compensation, apart from some mini-dips. Unimpressed.
The gluten-free pizza ordered this evening came with a missing part like someone grabbed part oc it. I’m sorry I can’t add a photo. Won’t order again.
Good and tasty Pizza but poor customer service as twice I have been, no-one has been at the counter and had to wait 5-10 minutes to get the food plus they do not deliver to my location despite it being only 1.8 miles and 8 minutes away.
