   I had a wonderful experience! Though today was takeway. But I tried it from the restaurant too. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Every dish — from the sushi rolls to the hot mains — was clearly made with care and attention to detail. The ambience was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely kind and attentive throughout our visit. I particularly enjoyed the salmon nigiri— it was probably the best I’ve had in a long time. Whether you’re a sushi lover or trying Japanese cuisine for the first time, I’d definitely recommend giving Nishi Sushi a visit. Looking forward to going back soon

   Absolutely fantastic sushi spot in Stretford! Nishi Sushi offers incredibly fresh, flavorful dishes that are beautifully presented and clearly made with care. The menu has a great variety — from classic rolls and sashimi to some really creative specials. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do, which makes the experience even better. Everything we tried — especially the dragon roll and the salmon nigiri — was top-notch. Portions are generous, and the prices are more than fair for the quality. It’s a hidden gem that deserves more attention. Highly recommended for sushi lovers and anyone looking to try something new and delicious in the area!

   Wow what a hidden gem! The kids wanted Sushi and we love to support locally - so glad we came here! The food was absolutely gorgeous, fresh and so packed full of flavour, the setting is really cute and the kids loved the big curved sofa seating. We had an extremely warm welcome from the staff and they were so helpful adding in a few changes to the orders - really couldn't have asked for more! Cannot wait to come back x We ordered: Nishi Special Uramaki Chicken Gyoza Cucumber and Red Pepper Hosomaki Soft Shell Crab Absolutely stunning sushi!

   This small Japanese restaurant with 4 tables but the food was very tasty with quality and reasonable prices. Just 2 of us, ordered 6 kinds of sushi rolls, filled us really full. Nice staff & good chef. I have been in many Japanese restaurants in Manchester, Bolton and Worsley, here’s the good one, recommended !

   Quite honestly the best gem in Chorley. I can’t even get sushi this good in Manchester! The service from our host was amazing and the food was incredible. I’d have posted more pictures but we were too excited to try it all we forgot to take them. The seating area is basic but so are the prices so make sure you get yourself to this place and support it so it doesn’t go!!

   My family live in Chorley so when mum suggested we went for Japanese whilst I was visiting I was surprised. I have eaten a lot of Japanese food so wasn't convinced with the quality that I was going to get from a small cafe... but always up for trying! Walked in to the little cafe, the decor and the sticky varnished table we sat at raised my concerns a little further, but when the food came... my goodness! The flavours were perfect! I have eaten a lot of Japanese food and it was absolutely comparable to the best I have had! So light, fresh and packed full of flavour! Mum also had tempura prawns which were enormous and came with a lovely spicy dip! I will absolutely be going again when I am in Chorley and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to try the popular dishes from authentic Japanese food!
