   I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Pablos Pizza Barking that I feel compelled to share. When we arrived to place an order, we were met with an unexpected and unacceptable situation: they claimed there was no card machine available for payment. We asked if we could pay via bank transfer, but they flatly refused, offering no reasonable explanation. This forced us to leave and go all the way back home to retrieve cash, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. What made the situation even worse was what happened upon our return. When we finally managed to place our order with cash, another customer who asked if he could pay by card. Surprisingly, they refused him as well, but then offered him a bank transfer option. This blatant inconsistency and unfair treatment are simply unacceptable. It’s clear there is no consistent policy, and the staff's attitude and customer service are utterly unprofessional and discriminatory. This experience has left a very negative impression. The refusal to accept card payments, the rude attitude, and the clear favoritism shown to certain customers are completely unacceptable in any business. Customer service should be about fairness, respect, and convenience not about making customers jump through hoops or treating some differently. I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting Pablos Pizza Barking, as their poor management and their practices ruin what should be a simple and enjoyable experience. I hope they reconsider their approach to customer service and payment policies.

   I tried Pablo’s Pizza recently and got a 12-inch thin crust pepperoni. It’s not easy to find halal thin crust pizza, so I was excited to try it. The pizza looked fine, but honestly, it was too salty and oily for my taste. They charged me £9, which felt a bit expensive, especially since the advert made it seem like it would be cheaper. Also, they only accept cash, which is quite inconvenient. There’s definitely room for improvement, but I’m still hopeful because the idea is good. Just needs better flavour, fair pricing, and easier payment options.

   This restaurant provides delicious pizza of excellent quality. In this restaurant, you have many options to create what you like in pizza. From traditional to adventurous tastes, all will be satisfied with the original flavor that they can find here! The service was great, with a ten-minute wait for the pizza to be ready for eating. The workers were friendly and provided helpful suggestions.

   They have the worst customer service! They wouldn't let the customer talk at all, but would continue defending themselves! One of them even told us to "get out" despite the fault being his. I'd say they could do with better manners.

   This is the first time I have ordered from Pablo Pizza via Ubber Eats. Pizzas arrived nice and hot. The pizza was full of flavours and had a very soft and tasty dough. The tomatoes were sweet and juicy.
