   Honestly, Pathetic, made wrong pizza, brought it back and asked for thr correct one. Would refuse to make correct pizza as apparently not allowed by boss, would refuse to give refund, would refuse to give bosses tel number to talk to them direct, I actually walked away without any pizza while having paid full and they were okay with it. Can’t force me to eat what I didn’t order and don’t want. Never in my life seen such a thing. Honestly, Pathetic service. Beyond undestanding. Avoid Avoid Avoid

   We did not receive the pizza we ordered. When we called the restaurant, we offered to return the incorrect pizza and politely requested that it be remade according to our original order. The staff member refused, despite the fact that we were not asking for a free pizza. This was a very disappointing experience. Very poor customer service. Would NOT recommend.

   My 8-year-old daughter found a metal wire in her pizza, which could have caused serious internal bleeding. Luckily, she noticed it before eating the slice. When I called to inform the restaurant, they told me to come in and collect a refund. They gave me £30 in cash instead of the £23 I paid. This place needs to be shut down, it is not safe to eat here. Avoid at all cost.

   We waited for almost an hour and a half before I called the shop. Person at the shop said the driver was 5 minutes away. Waited and still no food. Called again and was told they would check with the driver. They did call me back and said my food was 1 minute away. 10 minutes later when I still had no order I called the shop again but they were no longer answering the phone. My calls were ignored repeatedly and finally the food arrived. The pizza was undercooked, had hardly any sauce and was just horrible. I will be seeking a refund and will never order from them again.

   So I went yesterday around 2pm. Both brothers were nice to me same as every pizza shop in London. The pizza just came out the oven. Was piping hot and honestly taste was just as expected, absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend and will be coming back when I'm in the area. Food was amazing service was great. Fast and swift

   I just went one day this shop there owner was so rude with me and with other school kids as well . He can’t even speak and communicate with customers in English. Telling customers go away I am busy using swearing words . So poor public dealing. And have a attitude problem
