   My order got accepted at 1 I rang back in at half 2 as it was taking ages and a lady answered and was morning but rude and said we had no made an order and it was not accepted and kept hanging up and told me to contact uber eats I said I did not order from uber eats I order from your website she kept hanging up i did try sending proof that I made the order but would not let my email go through

   Absolutely disgusting, do not under any circumstances buy food from here it is revolting, Stale tasteless dough, and what I can only imagine from the smell is mouldy cheese. Horrible. Add to that the fact a) that my pizza arrived in a dirty, stained box smeared with tomato sauce and greasy fingerprints b) I was sent the wrong flavour dips c) I was sent the wrong flavour ice cream d) ingredients that I didn’t request were added to my create your own Pizza For the love of god, spend your money somewhere else.

   Horrendous customer service. My husband (Asian) wanted the 2-4-1 £12 deal on collection but the man refused this deal, so he took the £8.99 collection deal for a single pizza instead. I (Caucasian) went to ask what today's deals just to check but the man said the 2-4-1 deals are everyday. I'm shocked they changed their story when I went to visit. On top of that my husband received a very thin pizza that was cut into smaller pieces than usual. We have noticed since the change in owners there's been a decline in quality in the food and now the service. I have contacted their HQ. But don't bother here.

   Place has gone downhill recently, wouldn't really eat here again. Dough is soggy at times and the topping options leave a lot to be desired. Terrible service plus the orders are wrong if you order online just not a good eating experience.
