   So slow. Every time I order from them it takes hours to arrive. I placed an order today at 5;30pm. At 6:30pm it still wasn't here so I called and got told 'it had left.' At 7pm I called again and he said he'd call the driver and call me back. It's 7:06pm and still no food. Just have decency to be honest and let people cancel the order if you're going to take hours.

   It was my first time ordering from this branch and it was appalling. Food took over an hour to get to me... I called them after 40 minutes asking for an update on my delivery and the response was that my food was sitting there waiting and a delivery driver was on their way back from a delivery to pick mine up. Another 25 minutes gone by and my pizza finally arrived. Cold.

   Just received order. Horrible no taste. The guy on the phone sounds as if he’s forced to speak on the phone . You either running a business or not . Have pizza gogo other branches very nice this dartford one second time I’ve ordered horrible…..

   I would like thank pizza gogo for our pizza tonight! I did give a bad review before on just eat regarding our last order placed. But they did do the decent thing and I respect that by this u have kept our custom. That is whats good service is about!

   Honestly, it’s the best fast food takeaway you can find in the town. Their pizza is actually fresh. Unlike other local restaurants including the big food chains whereby the food is always stale, the food this shop has to provide is top tier! My go to pizza restaurant and the staff in the branch are always so nice to speak to and very helpful!

   Placed an order before the restaurant closed. Took a while to be delivered so called and they said the order was on its way. 15 mins passed so called again and a guy said he didn’t have any recollection of my order and put the phone down. Try a different restaurant ✌️

   I've always enjoyed the food but they do often forget things at the Dartford branch. Today they forgot to deliver the ice cream I ordered. After three hours and chasing it up they delivered...the wrong flavour. -_- Great franchise, bad branch.

   This is not the first time am ordering pizza from Go Go, every time I order pizza, the pizza always comes dry, cold and burnt. Every time I tell them I don't want it burnt and today I got a dry and burnt pizza, when I called them and complained they keep on passing the phone to one person to other and so rude. This is really really bad that I heard to put the pizza in the bin because my kids couldn't eat it.
