   The service and food at Pizza Express Bluewater (Upper Mall) is always top quality. Megan in particular has always been friendly and considerate every time my partner and I come to visit. She does not rush us, and is polite, friendly and approachable. Even when she is clearly very busy she always makes time to check on us, or respond to our questions/requests with a smile. I can appreciate how difficult and demanding it must be to work on the hospitality industry but Megan is most definitely an asset to it. The food at Pizza Express is consistently so tasty and we always leave full!

   We had a fantastic dining experience at Pizza Express in Bluewater, thanks to the amazing service from Megan. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel totally welcome. Throughout the meal, she was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. Megan made excellent recommendations, checked in on us just the right amount, and ensured everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to come across someone who elevates the dining experience the way she did – and it made our time there truly enjoyable. Thank you, Megan, for going above and beyond. We’ll definitely be coming back!

   Came here and I’ve never been so impressed the service was fast and good quality, the waiter didn’t rush us. The food was very nice, tasted very fresh with was lovely! Huge pizzas too! Only thing is the wanted the chilli oil back and I was still using it for my pizza, apart from that I would definitely recommend it to anyone

   It’s my second visit! Because I really liked the first visit ;) There are two Pizza Express in Bluewater, but this one is better based on my experiences! Nice people and nice food!

   Terrible experience. Ordered a pizza which usually is made right. Had to send it back two times as it was inedible. First time - pizza came with the cheese just dolloped over the top of the pizza, cold and uncooked. So I asked them to cook the cheese so it melted. 2 minutes later, they brought back another pizza and the entire pizza was a soggy mess with hardly any cheese on it at all. I thought I was going to fall sick because the dough was basically raw and undercooked. Could not even pick it up because of how soggy it was. Not a pleasant experience at all and has put me off all pizza express restaurants. Not happy.

   We stopped off at this pizza express after doing a bit of shopping in Bluewater , we ordered a garlic bread , with extra garlic butter , a margarita pizza and some halloumi bites, the food was good, but I would but the bites again, they where tasteless. We washed the food down with a bottle of peroni , this was expensive and a can of soft drink . Would visit again

   Staff are always friendly and accommodating in this pizza express, unlike the one in the lower level of blue water. We always enjoy, although my husband’s pizza came with a questionable egg (we just wouldn’t order it again, it had a strange film over). Always accommodate our little girl, so overall, great service.
