   It was very busy but our server Claire was really attentive and helped really clearly and effectively with some allergies we had. She seemed to be the only one in the restaurant working but that didnt stop her excellent level of service and care

   I had a fantastic visit to the Pizza Express in The Village at Bluewater on 6th December. Karolis served us and he was extremely friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Our food was delayed, but Karolis was very kind and ensured to check in on us to apologise for the delay. We got our food and it was spectacular. My classic Margherita was very cheesy, and my partner's pollo pasta was lovely too. Paying was quick and convenient. Thanks very much for a lovely meal out, and thank you Karolis for looking after us so well.

   You're greated in a warm and welcoming manner, the restaurant is clean snd spacious. A view wide and varied menu. Our service quick, prompt and intentive, much, much better than their 'poor show' of an outlet in Maidstone. Our food was presented in very reasonable time by excellent and efficient staff. Well done Pizza Express Bluewater, for an enjoyable and delicious meal. 5*

   Felt very rushed by staff. Plus it's better that the staff don't argue on the floor in front of customers that is very unprofessional. Food was nice I had pollo something was nice. My daughter had lasagna, and she said the mince was too grainy. Their was no good customer service for me. That is my opinion. Too expensive for the food you are getting, and the poor service. Do not think I would go back again.

   I took my two daughters and 5 grandchildren to eat here Saturday lunch time, Was greeted by a member of staff who straight away went off to find a suitable table for us all including a baby in a pushchair, manager came out helped us with pushchair up two steps, all members of staff were helpful, friendly and very professional and polite The food was amazing, hot and well presented. The customer service was of the highest standard I have witnessed in years. Well done pizza express at Bluewater. Cannot fault anything.

   Went here for a celebratory birthday with family. It wasn't that busy on a Wednesday evening but service was slow surprisingly and we were given a table for 6 so dimly lit. Getting attention of a waiter was so difficult. When the pizzas arrived they looked good but wihhin a few minutes they started going cold. The standard response was that the pizzas are taken straight from the oven to the table. Then we also ordered dough balls which went onto the bill but never actually arrived. The response was that they would be taken off and no apology or offer to make the customer happy in that they might come back again. That was from the person in charge. If you do go here please check temperature of your food when you get it.

   Food was nice but service not great, not the waiters fault as only seem to be two serving, so I think they were quite rushed. There was a big table full of noisy kids and and they were running around licking the glasses and cutlery on other tables that were set for new customers. It was sooooo cold in there, we all kept our coats on throughout our dinner. It was -1 outside this evening and it felt warmer outside than it did inside. Also it seems a bit grubby, like it needs a good clean and updating. £90 bill for two adults and two kids, prices have definitely gone up. Bit of a shame as it was my birthday meal with the family. Sadly don’t think we’ll be returning anytime soon.

   Poor service the whole place needs a good clean from tables to floor very cold inside so if your thinking of keeping warm in the winter while eating go somewhere else Dirty plates, glasses, and cutlery Disgusting avoid at all costs Prices have also increased I wouldn't mind if the place and service was a lot better

   Last night I been to celebrate my daughters birthday and we had a lovely evening. The food was delicious and the staff was lovely, whole staff sang happy birthday to my daughter and they make her feel special, so I'm grateful. We love pizza express. We been service by a lovely waitrose called Jessica, she did an amazing service, we're pleased. Jessica and the rest of the staff deserve a 100 stars. Thanks for everything.
