   I recently placed an order consisting of one pizza and two side portions of wings – one BBQ and one Hot. While the pizza was very good and enjoyable, I was extremely disappointed with the wings. Unfortunately, both types of wings were severely undercooked. It seems they were placed in the oven straight from frozen, which left them unevenly cooked and unpleasant to eat – frankly, quite unappetizing and unsafe. We couldn’t eat them at all. This was really disappointing. I would appreciate if you could look into this issue and ensure it doesn’t happen again.

   First of all their delivery driver don’t know the addreesses and second I ordered one medium pizza 2 side wings and wages and 2 drinks and the wings are pathetic all black burn and not all toppings in my pizza no mixed papers when I call them they just denying it making lame excuse please all people don’t order from this branch staff is not good food is also not good don’t waste your money because I wasted my £26

   Received my order which is not correct. Called the store multiple times and the delivery driver but no one has answered or responded to me. I had to pay extra for an item and have not received what I paid for, it's not the first time it's happened with this branch either, which I had I put it down to a mistake but now I'm questioning if it's laziness. Very unhappy and I've ended up having to email about it with a photo for proof as the store just won't respond and I want my extra payment back as I didn't even receive the product.

   Great service, top guys, I made a mistake on my pizza and they happily replaced it with no extra cost to me. I have never had an issue with them, they have always been spot on. has to be the best pizza in town by far. If there was an option to give more then 5 stars I would. Thank you very much guys.
