What can I say a great pizza! From Middlesbrough to tilbury I travel down for work on a weekly basis and this is the place I go to I can certainly say it’s truly the best pizza I’ve tasted. I would highly recommend these guys.#keep smiling #only the best.
It's a nice little place, great food and great prices.. what I will say is the staff he has been amazing.
Ordered and delivery time confirmed, when checked on progress of order it stated that order cancelled!! Called the shop, no answer! Checked website said closed! I've used this restaurant many many times for years!! Absolutely disgusting how I've been treated!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT RELIABILITY!!!!
Ordered pizza tonight to try as they are £1 cheaper than our regular pizza place, so why not? I ordered online. Pizza arrived quickly, faster than they said (less than 45 minutes) but my order was wrong. Luckily they exchange my pizza, but I had to watch my friends eating their pizza and my child wanting to eat, but couldn't because all others pizzas were too spicy for him. I may give them another try, because their pizza is actually really good. They should pay more attention to orders.

My friend ordered me a vegetarian pizza, with no cheese (as I'm vegan) but the owner gave her a veg pizza, with cheese. I drove back up to the shop to explain the misunderstanding and to request an exchange, however the store owner claimed that she had mis-ordered and it was not his fault. I was on the phone with her when she ordered so I know this to be untrue, but I understood that it was my word against his so I asked him how he would rectify the issue.. he told me that he did not want to and I should take the pizza. I told him that if I ate it, I would be sick.. I told him that I was very careful to ensure that the pizza was ordered without cheese but he wouldn't budge.. he said it would be a waste of money for him to change the pizza as it wasn't his fault; I told him it was a waste of money for me to have bought it as it wasn't my fault, reminded him that it was his word against mine and asked him for a reason that I should repeat my business there... he said he that didn't know, but he didn't want to swap the pizza. I asked him to explain his complaints procedure and he told me that he was the owner and his word was final. He told me to take the pizza and leave. I did not take the pizza. Before buying here, be aware that the owner values money more than customer service. This pizza would have cost him under £1 to make and under £1 to replace.. we paid £6 for the pizza.
