    Such a shame, we used a lot and was always very happy with the food & service but over the last month it’s turned completely shocking. Orders over 30 minutes driver spilling food outside door, missing many items from order and food received just cold clearly not cooked fresh clearly just left to sit there nothing like it tasted over a month ago, messed up last time, gave them another chance but never again, place is a shambles lucky if someone actually answers the phone then when you ring to say things are missing & it’s cold all I get was “what do you want me to do” terrible customer service. If you want someone correct & actually hot stick to Longfield kebab, new ash green kebab has turned to an absolute disaster of a take away service.

    Pizza can be a bit greasy, nuggets have nothing to them, no unique dips offered with pizza to go with it, dips variety in general is lacking just the normal old mayo, ketchup, burger sauce. They seriously snooze on the little things but are close to being great. Menu rarely changes or adds new exciting things if at all in the years I've bought from the place. The value on the buy one get one free pizza is amazing value regardless. Burgers can be very greasy too even for a kebab place. If they could offer dips like garlic and herb with their pizza similar to lots of other pizza chains, improve their nuggets to not be the most plain I've ever had and improve their mayo(equally as flavourless) and lastly try find ways to remove grease from their burgers and pizzas that'd be ideal. I'd personally move it up to 5 stars if these changes were made as the rest like their kebabs, chips and speed are great.

    DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP SO MANY ACTUALLY EDIBLE KEBABS !!!! i walked in and was greeted by a ... repulsive odour , i passed it off and just ordered, after a 30 MINUTE IN SHOP WAIT i got my kebab, it wasn’t passed to me no no no , IT WAS CHUCKED across THE COUNTER, before i could even get a word in to the rude employee, he was yelling at the kitchen staff. at this point i didn’t even want to eat it but i spent around £65 on a meal for me and my 4 kids ,as a single mother being the only source of income is difficult barely making enough, so when you want to treat your kids with a treat you don’t expect that service, i tried some before i gave it to my kids, i tried some of the kebab and a bit of the burger i got for my 7 year old son. i almost threw up when i first bit it , it was raw and in the burger i asked for PLAIN WITH NO CHEESE it had cheese and also onions, witch my son is allergic too, in the end not even 24 hours later i was throwing up. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!!!!!!!!

    So glad they are offering delivery again. Also our meal last night was cooked to perfection, I always add a note as we like it cooked more well done esp the doner. And they followed instruction and done that. It was a lovely meal! Thankyou x

    Decent. Reasonably priced hot food. The online ordering system in use is stable and reliable. Staff are friendly. For such a small place the variety is good. Ample free parking nearby. Glad these guys are operating during the pandemic. As a travelling key worker, good hot food is hard to come by at times. Glad you are here boys x

    We have had the chicken kebabs from here and they were really nice, however we have recently ordered the burgers and were disappointed with them, the lettuce, tomatoes and sauce that we requested were all absent which mage them very bland. Would have the kebab again but would think twice before ordering another burger.

    very friendly and helpful staff, they even deliver to west kingsdown, and delivery is very prompt. it is value for money without a doubt. very good food, lamb shish is a good choice. all the kebabs are good. fresh salad also you cant ask for anymore from your local kebab.

    absolutely the worst kebab shop I have ever been to, had it twice now to give it a second chance but was just as bad as the first if not worse, dripping with so much grease it's unbelievable. Paid extra for 2 side salads and when i got home, opened it to find it was just onion and cabbage with a couple of tomatoes. Will never go back there again and I would recommend anyone else to avoid wasting your money there either!!

    Avoid. Food took an hour and half to arrive and its just a five minute drive away. When I phoned, the man at the other end was very difficult to understand due to poor English. And my lips are no longer needing Vaseline due to the amount of grease dripping off as I ate. But by far the best part was the vomiting that occurred shortly after the meal
