   Moved to the area a year ago and have been loyal customers never gone anywhere else and never normally a problem. Ordered tonight onions in pizza were still raw and cheese was still white. Chips were soggy and greasy, Donna meat was freezing cold. Seems to have gone down hill looking at reviews from last few weeks. Won’t be going here again. Disappointed

   Got kids cheese burger meal last night and from 1 o'clock this morning I've none stop been throwing up giving me food poisoning I know a good 20 people they have done this too and I bet the number are well higher than that absolutely disgusting

   Really disappointed with our order, as it's normally nice food. The lasagne was somehow cold and burnt, the burger was tough as old leather and half of the chips had green/black ends. Oh the wrong can was delivered. We won't be using this again.

   Honestly, Venice is the best chipee for late nights. My daughter gets large Donna meat and chips and it is HUGE! Would recommend going there!! (also, recommending large donna+chips)

   The sky scraper burger tasted absoloutely disgusting .the salad was off and the sauce was way to garlicy..when we foned to complain they just dismissed our concerns and wouldnt here of a money back for the burger...only go here if u want dissapointment..ew

   Waited over a hour for my food to be delivered so had to phone them to see how long the delivery would be and got a response saying another 30 minutes. I asked of i could come and collect instead thinking the order would of been ready but i then got told that the order hadnt even been started yet and told me it would be 10 minutes. I get to the shop 10 minutes later to be ignored for a further 10 minutes until someone said what did i want. I then waited another 20 minutes before my food was ready. Never ordering from here again as this is the second week we have ordered and had to wait over a hour for food.

   As a key worker I ordered a salad box for pickup on my way home. All I got was a load of lettuce laden with onion and 1 slice of tomato which was soft. NO other salad items. It was inedible. False advertising and will never recomend them.
