   I have received meat on my pizza and I’m really upset. I am highly allergic to meat , and I ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas - and I have received meat and trusted Pizza Hut and after taking a bite realized and I have severe allergic reactions now. I’m really upset and this has to be looked into

   Easy parking Tricky to find the escalator up but got there with some help Not too busy. Came at buffet time. Absolute bargain with the family. Food was decent enough. Kids loved the ice cream station. Booklet with allergens all listed out Staff were super helpful

   Love Pizza Hut, don’t have many back home so always like to come to one when we are away. Never disappoints! Pizza fantastic and the dessert was delicious! I had the handcrafted base and the wife had the deep pan.

   The buffet pizzas were alright, and there are lots of sides. If you are a vegetarian, please make double sure to ask the Pizzaiolo. However you need to scan the QR code on the table in order to select your option and pay. For soda drinks + ice-cream,it's 13.99£ I believe. You cannot pay at the till for buffets. Just keep it in mind.

   Say what you want about COVID, but I'm not going back to accept terrible packaging when it comes to food. I will never get used to bags not being secured or staff not wearing face coverings. This is why I usually feel comfortable ordering from Pizza Hut, because their policy says that they secure the food with stickers. However, three times now, the food has come not only unsecured, but slightly opened and squished (see the photos). Update: I called main customer service for the company and they gave me a gift card. So I'm taking this up one star.

   Damn when did Pizza Hut get good again? Its been years since I last went and I gotta day this place has really great pizzas. Really friendly and helpful staff too. Will definitely visit again!!
