   I’d followed Cose Buone on Instagram for ages, so finally visiting was a long time coming. We were welcomed as soon as we stepped in, with pastries galore. The coffee was fantastic, and the two lads serving were friendly enough to humour my “somewhat decent” Italian without laughing. The place has such bright, positive vibes you forget you’re in Liverpool for a moment. Absolutely recommend - already planning my return at Christmas - ideally prepared with better Italian and an emptier stomach!

   With a Nonno that took us back to Agrigento whenever he could, arancini were always the first thing we wanted once we landed. When Cose Buone opened in St John's, I made a beeline to them for proper arancini, and they do serve some of the best Sicilian street food outside of Sicily. Alex and Mauro never fail to deliver service with a smile, and first class food, in a spotless and welcoming atmosphere. The new spot in Dale Street delivers that same first class service, only bigger and better. Their reputation for some of the best Sicilian Street food is truly deserved. Grazie mille Ragazzi!

   Amazing place offering authentic, delicious sicilian food, can find the same quality only in local, not touristic spots in Sicily. Atmosphere always warm and welcoming. Definitely one of the places worthy to pay a visit when in Liverpool.    Walking through town after a mix of food... Happened to spot the sign for Cose Buone, a lovely Sicilian cafe bar. Lots of gorgeous fresh pizza, arancini and plenty of others.. plus some lethal looking desserts. Some lovely Italian beer and wine too... Need to come back to try the coffee.

   Hidden gem inside St John Market food hall. Traditional Sicilian food. Sweet, savoury and good coffee. ☕ Just found out they moved place. Now they have their own place, and seems they have more options there. We had lasagne and calzone that were delicious.
