We came as a family today and usually our kids are very fussy but we loved everything we ate from here! The bao bun and wok style noodles are so full of flavour. Samira, our waitress recommended for us to try the volcano sushi roll and that was just delicious. Definitely a showstopper. Would I come back again? Yes absolutely. Hidden gem in Batley.

Oh my days. If your muslim then Alhamdulillah. If you Christian then sweet baby Jesus, that was the most amazing food, customer service and atmosphere I've ever been to. The kung po beef with rice was out of this world. Awesome for any spice lover. I also tried the Angus steak. That too was amazing, only a little small for the cost, but once you eat it you definitely appreciate it. Comes with sauce, chips and asparagus. I am actually gutted I'm leaving here. Its like leaving a family member behind. I will shed a tear. Can't wait to come back. The staff named Sully and Gene were the best. Keep up the good work guys.

I had a great meal from Sibu Restaurant ordered on UBER eats. The Tempura Chicken was nice and crispy on the outside while staying tender inside, with a light batter that didn’t feel greasy at all. The flavours were balanced and enjoyable. The sauce had a strong resemblance to their dynamite sauce. I enjoyed the flavour, but it wasn’t very different from the dynamite dishes, so I was hoping for a bit more uniqueness. I also tried the Korean Wok and Roll Chicken and Noodles, and it was very tasty. The dish was packed with bold, savoury flavours, with just the right amount of spice and a great mix of textures. The noodles were cooked beautifully and paired so well with the rich Korean-style sauce. Overall, the food was fresh, flavourful, and really well prepared. Highly recommend Sibu if you’re looking for great taste and quality dishes!

Walked in just after it opened Waiter came quickly and sat us down and asked how we were. She recommended some dishes. Very knowledgeable staff. She was called SUMI. She knows her stuff. Very intelligent welcoming woman. We ordered the Korean with egg fried rice. Chicken dumplings. Malaysian butter chicken, Black pepper beef noodles, volcano sushi. Now let me tell you about the Malaysian butter chicken dolloped ontop of a crispy baby paratha. This was next level, would come back just for this. Volcano Sushi was genuinely really nice and crispy, easy on thr tongue. All in all, this place is legit, and defo recommended for people who want a different taste to your usual burger and pizza. Blue lagoon was spot on. Not too sweet. It was perfect

The food in this place is incredible. They are full of flavour and presented beautifully too- so moreish! I visited for the first time and will definitely be going again. They have a great selection of dishes to choose from and food comes piping hot soon after you’ve ordered it. Prices are worth the portion sizes you get. We paid £40 for two starters, two mains and two drinks and it was definitely worth it. The ambience is great with music playing in the background and the customer service is amazing too. There was a couple of people who served us and both were friendly and welcoming. Overall an amazing food place with amazing customer service, what more could you ask for!?

SIBU deserves all the success it can get. This is some of the best halal, oriental food I have tried. Everything tasted delicious, the presentation was on point and the seasoning could not have been better. Service here is also quick and efficient despite a very busy restaurant and many phone orders. Well done SIBU. I’ll be paying another visit soon.

There is no booking system for small parties. Being just the two of us, we have tried several times to get a table here and wait time have been over 1.5hrs. Guess that’s a good sign, it seems to be very busy every time we have come. This time wait time was only 0.5hrs, but actually took only about half of that. Once we got a table, the staff speedily cleaned it, and left half the previous diners’ mess on there. The food came fairly quickly and was generally tasty. The drinks were also nice. There was a large selection of interesting things in the menu, so will certainly be returning to try out the other things in the menu if we can get a table. Please introduce a booking system so we don’t have to drive out miles and have to find alternatives.

Nice and friendly service provided the food was great. Would come again had the volcano sushi roll which was nice but the Mongolian beef was the one for me fresh taste and a big portion of food. The guys really help you choose the food if you are not sure. Parking is an issue as it is in the centre but that is to be expected but definitely worth going to with family and friends. The atmosphere was nice to place is a little small side but hey we found it fine to be seated in time.

What a gem of a place! Decided on the 2 course festive meal; chicken dumplings as starter and Angus fillet with veg as main. Absolutely amazing meal. Waited till the end of the year to have the best meal of the year!! Excellent service and excellent wholesome food. Will be back in 2022!
