   Walked in for a last minute meal on a Saturday night, despite them being extremely busy they made room for us and we’re extremely accommodating, the food was served quick and was really nice , my grandad use to swear by this place and it’s good to see 20 years later it’s still fantastic. Thank you very much

   The food was nice enough; however, no sooner had we put our cutlery down, we were being ushered to give our table up because they had a queue at the door. We had our pre booked table for 1 hour and 25 minutes. I felt that for the whole time we were there we were being watched; we had three different members of staff ask if we were okay and if we needed anything which seems on the surface like good customer service but in actual fact, it was over kill. Two members of staff asked if we wanted desserts which we didn’t on both occasions. The member of staff who finally broke the news to us that we needed to give our table up after 1 hour and 25 minutes, clearly felt very uncomfortable and was under the impression that a different member of staff had already told us that we needed to go. It was actually quite humiliating for all involved. I’ve never eaten at Villa Venezia before but have recently begun working in the area for Wirral Council and have driven past the restaurant a few times and thought it looked lovely so told my friends that we should try it. Never again. I have never in my 38 years been ushered out of a restaurant! It seems that the moment you stop spending money in the restaurant, you’re out. Not good whatsoever. I don’t care how much business you attract and how popular you are, there’s absolutely no excuse or room for that poor level of customer service. Extremely disappointing.

   We’ve been coming here for years and always have a lovely experience. Plenty to choose from off menu and specials board, food is always tasty and Staff very friendly and attentive. Prices very reasonable. Can’t fault anything here. Would highly recommend!

   I’ve eaten here for years and utilised Villa Venezia for birthdays, celebrations and intimate meals. The staff are exemplary and the food has always been fantastic. Although fairly small, the restaurant is always full of atmosphere which is enhanced by the friendly and courteous staff. I can highly recommend Villa Venezia for a family meal or a first date. Excellent!

   Lovely meal again last night at the venezia. Staff where, as always brilliant as ever ! Food was served fast, served piping hot and portion sizes are big ! May I recommend the Tortellini alla panna it truly is to die for ! Been here a few times and it never disappoints ! Cant wait for our next visit!

   I thought the staff were great and I enjoyed the food. My pet hate: 8 people received their starter and two had to wait another 10 minutes. Please serve each course all together. Apart from that really enjoyable.

   I have just left here after a lovely meal with my dad and his friend. The food was so very good. The staff however! I cannot believe we have just sat through that! So very rude, abrupt and downright unpleasant. They huffed and puffed all the way through. Ive eaten all over the world and that was just awful. Shame on you guys, i hope 3 ghosts visit you on Christmas eve
