“Fun little pub with great atmosphere!”

“I have been a landlord for over twenty years so I know what is expected from a letting company. After a disappointing 3 months finding a suitable tenant with two other companies on the Wirral I moved my business to propeller lettings. I found them extremely professional, caring and astute. Rachele from the company was excellent and went over and above what was expected. Time is money, and with all the new rules that came into force on the 1st October, it’s imperative to choose the right letting agent. In my opinion this is the only company on the Wirral I would trust.”

“Stayed for 2 nights last weekend. The staff were very helpful and welcoming especially the young lady on reception and the lady looking after us in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was as expected, clean and perfectly acceptable. It was also a great location for exploring Liverpool without staying in the city itself as it was only a 5 min walk from the nearest train station.”

“We have been taking our dogs here for a few years. They are happy to go and we are happy with the way they are cared for. The fact we can take their own food means no upset tummies when we get them back. We also take their own bedding and toys. We get a small discount for 2 in a bed and for our own food. Their accommodation is big and heated when needed. Hayley and Mike and their staff are professional but very friendly. Our 5 dogs love them and we highly recommend them.”

“Great place to exercise your dog. Always tidy and well presented and most importantly - secure. Unlike many dog parks, the field is well drained so even after heavy rain the field is usable without getting in a real mess”

“This place will really take you by surprise! I and a few friends took a history/heritage tour a little earlier in the year, and the sheer amount of unexpected stories that this place had to tell was epic! I don't even want to spoil them for you - see if you can go on a tour for yourself! Visiting also means you get to explore Bidston Hill itself, which also has an old lighthouse right next door (which is now a brilliant little book shop and mini museum), a windmill, the Tam O'Shanter Urban Farm, and all of the nature trails on the hill itself. There are even some ancient carvings dotted around the hill.”

“My two dogs have been staying here frequently since they were puppies; they’ve used both the daycare and the boarding services. Staff know them well, so it’s like a second home. Staff are all very caring, and the dogs have made lots of doggy friends there too! There is so much for the dogs to do - including indoor and outdoor play, e.g. paddling pool, trampoline, lots of toys and other dogs to play with - so they never get bored; it’s a much better option than standard kennels.”

Going with them was one of my better decisions - nothing is too much trouble, payments are received on time and whilst mundane day to day issues are dealt with professionally without my involvement, I still feel I am kept in the loop. “Heidi is great at what she does, booked and organised a fabulous trip to Barcelona for my birthday and it was amazing! The attention to detail from start to finish was impeccable. We were greeted on arrival with a lovely bottle of bubbly, wouldn’t choose anyone else to book with! She also booked an amazing action packed tour to Finland 4 days in February this year which was so well organised so no stress and took the pressure off us! From snowmobiling to seeing the incredible northern lights! You couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Would highly recommend x”

I was a bit nervous to leave her, but as soon as I saw the lovely garden and stylish comfortable pod she was staying in, all fears and guilt were alleviated!
