This is hands down the best kennels around. My Annie LOVES staying here ... she absolutely bounces through the door when we arrive and is offensively unhappy to see me when I arrive. Staff lovely, facilities immaculate and they always post lots of fun pics on instagram so I can see her having fun during the day :)
My two dogs have been staying here frequently since they were puppies; they’ve used both the daycare and the boarding services. Staff know them well, so it’s like a second home. Staff are all very caring, and the dogs have made lots of doggy friends there too! There is so much for the dogs to do - including indoor and outdoor play, e.g. paddling pool, trampoline, lots of toys and other dogs to play with - so they never get bored; it’s a much better option than standard kennels.
Used to bring my dog here and it seemed great. After the last time we brought her, NEVER AGAIN. Picked up fleas (she's fleaed so didn't last long), clearly distressed. When she was first brought they used to let her sleep in with them at reception or the night staff room as she got a little anxious. This last time she just got left. It seems as though something has changed in this business as staff didn't care and were rude and miserable. I did contact them to ask which room she stayed in and to see if they still had the beds (they did have these originally as we were shown round and they had tvs in their room), I did ask for a photo of the room she stayed in but never did get a photo) I believe these rooms are basic with a mattress on the floor now so their website is a just a lie for novelty value. It's a shame because when they first opened they were great however I believe management have just given up caring now they have got their profit in their back pocket, or that's how it seems. Just look at the employee reviews on indeed, says it all.
We travel a lot, and this place is truly a lifesaver for us! Our dog Milka always stays here, and I’m sure she absolutely loves it. The staff are incredibly friendly and caring — I never worry when she’s with them. Thank you again for being such a reliable and welcoming place. Another five-star experience from us!
Our nervous dog stayed, who was a rescue. They gave him space, time and reassurance. He had a ball,and loved it, for 7 days. I was meant to review 4 years ago, sorry. They really helped our boy. Thank you. All needs meet. My disabled now,who is my, service dog I have now, I know when I book him in. He will be looked after as if he was with me.
Would recommend Love Ur Dog hotel to everyone! Just like many of you, my puppy is my child, so leaving him was a nerve-racking and scary thought. After visiting the place and hearing so many good things, I decided to choose Love Ur Dog, and I am SO happy I did! On arrival, the staff calmed me down and looked at ghost like he was their own. We was invited to his room, which was amazing. We were then shown around and watched Ghost interact, this rested my mind. He has returned a super happy, clean and pampered (and tired) puppy! Thank you to all of the fantastic staff over at Love Ur Dog, and he already can't wait for his day visit next week! Isabella x
Great place, popped in a week or so a go for a look round with my Chihuahua Harley as I needed boarding for him in a few month time. After a little walk round an a chat with the staff I booked him in straight away without hesitation. I then booked him in for the day a week later and the staff put pics up on Facebook. Great place for our furry friends
