   Delivery from here has been shocking lately. Ordered food at 18:45hrs and when I called to ask where it was at 20:45hrs, the number on the website is incorrect and no longer works. The number Is now on order receipt. When the shop answers the phone, I was told it was getting done and no word of an apology for the delay. The Order was 2 burgers and chips. Food arrived at 21:00hrs cold and the halloumi burger tasted soggy. It was absolutely awful. I understand it is New Years Day & busy but not waiting over 2 hours for cold food to arrive. The app stated the food was delivered for over a hour before receiving the food also and the tracker stated it was on route for over a hour also. This was a blatant lie as when I called the shop to ask where food was they stated it was being done. Won’t be ordering from here again.

   Customer service - guy was helpful and friendly when I rang. BBQ Chicken strips, chips and chicken kebab were all lovely. Delivered quickly and hot and were really tasty. The kebab was huge! Definitely recommend

   Ordered 30 mins before it states last orders. 25 mins later order is cancelled. 2nd time this has happened. Change the time on your site if you can't be bothered doing your job. But, no probs, never ordering from here again!

   I purchased boneless chicken wings and got pathetic tiny pieces of chicken in batter, they were half the size of a chicken nugget from maccies! I would advise people not to eat from here there a absolute rip off and customer service is appalling. I paid £30 for what is shown in the pictures!!

   i used to like this takeaway but after tonight ill never eat there again we ordered burgers an some hoisin chicken nuggets and other bits from there collected it got home started to eat my partner took a chicken nugget bit into it and it was completely raw this made her feel physically sick and was sick we binned everything made sure the kids didnt eat anything i took the box of nuggets back as i wanted a refund after a full blown arguement with the man (who had very poor customer service) in the shop i had to ask for the owner who was nextdoor in there shop pitfire after telling him about it they were only willing to only offer a refund for the chicken i was not happy with this and continued to ask for a full refund he said he did not believe me that my partner had been sick so was making out i was lying in the end i got the refund but i will never be eating from there again

   Ordered via the Crosby Eats app at 21:00 on a Saturday night. Delivery was ASAP and was advised at 21:50 on the app, which was never updated. At 22:20 I rang the number on the app which was a mobile and whoever answer said to ring the shop, which kind of negates the object of having that number in the Crosby Eats app. Eventually after 5 attempts spoke to the shop who said it was on the way. Eventually arrived at 22:35. So don't expect delivery on time, especially ially at peak times. Unlike other takeaways, rather than declining orders when they know they're too busy they'd rather keep you waiting. That said, when the food did arrive it was relatively hot. The fries had a bit too much salt on them, but the crunchy chicken wrap was good. Pizza was okay, tasted a bit plasticky towards the end for some reason. Milkshake (white kinder Bueno) was okay. Wouldnt pay full price but they seem to constantly have 30% off so I'd consider ordering again outside peak hours but never when I'm actually hungry.

   Ordered a vegan cheese pizza through Crosby Eats (+£2 charge) only to be delivered a normal cheese pizza. This is a common mistake, so I contacted the restaurant only to be told they do not offer vegan cheese and had intentionally ignored the request, adding regular cheese. I requested a refund only to be told to contact Crosby Eats who themselves were told the restaurant had no memory of the order. This is obviously not acceptable and lucky that we are able to tell the difference between vegan and regular cheese. It's a shame as we have enjoyed ordering from here in the past.

   Lovely food, didn't mind the wait as it was so fresh & tasty. Vegetarian choices were a really nice surprise as a lot of places don't have this variety. Will definitely be going back!
