   Ordered at 18.20 still waiting over an hour. Then they forgot to put Donner on my burger. I mean, it’s not hard to read an order and get it right. Sort yourselves out.

   Portions are small and dry, with barely any sauce and salad. The delivery took nearly 2 hours! Won't be using them again. Waste of money and time!

   Placed an order with very clear instructions due to allergies (Gluten Free so simply asked for no bread). Restaurant chose to ignore it despite having ordered the same thing several times previously. Now I've got food I can't eat, Just Eat won't refund me or contact Picasso's and no one is answering the phone at the restaurant. Honestly would have been happy with a replacement meal that actually *FOLLOWS* the allergy instructions but can't even contact the restaurant to arrange it as they ignore the phone. Real let down Picasso's. Doubt I'll ever be ordering from you again.

   Was our favorite take away until tonight. Buy quite often from here. Tonight our burgers and chips were cold. My pepsi wasn't with the order. The driver went back to get it and brought me a coke. Sorry but will be looking for somewhere else. Tried to phone but constantly engaged. Shame but can't afford to waste money like that. Can't eat it

   Received shard of plastic in desert. I called for a refund because I didn’t want to change eating any more of the food for risk of finding more. I also gut my gum on the plastic. The person on the phone said that a refund won’t help my mouth. They also said they are not allowed to discuss refunds with customers. They then hung up on me.

   Ordered a spicy Mexican pizza to take out. Sorry guys but disappointed. Was expecting lots of nice spicy meat, veggies and peppers as advertised but in reality the pizza had so little topping it was almost bald. Ok, there are few other places open late on a Sunday night but Ill be trying somewhere else next time.

   Overall it took just over two hours to get 2 pizzas and chicken nuggets delivered after several phonecalls to be told it would be with us in a 2 minutes. We specifically requested that the nuggets NOT have any sauce on them. Obviously they came swimming in bbq sauce. I called stupidly to complain and was told I should have requested no sauce as they put sauce on as standard. Pizzas were OK but not worth a 2 hour wait. I'd avoid delivery from them unless you are ordering on the off chance you may be hungry later.

   Ordered food two hours ago. They decided to cut all lines to the phones so you can not contact them. Just a simple heads up would have been lovely considering we ordered at 6:15 and it is now 8:34.
