I used to be a fan for years, going for a takeaway at least twice a week for lunch first at Maidenhead and now at Uxbridge over the past 8 years or so. Unfortunately there has been a clear general decline in the amount of meat that's offered over the years. At Uxbridge there's a particular server who's very stingy about the meat portions, I've managed to avoid her for months but lucked out with her today. Literally 10% meat in a large takeaway chilli chicken-rice portion costing £10.60. I called her out on it, and she fished around for the smallest piece of chicken she could find and stuck that in, saying ''that's all I can do'' with a smirk. I'm not paying £10 for an enormous bowl of rice or begging for another piece of chicken because they've decided to cut down on portion sizes. Made a decision then and there never to patronise this place again, and that's after spending well over 5K over the past 8 years. Thankfully Uxbridge has a tonne of choices for lunch!

Might as well have not paid 23/10 6:15-6:30 PM I was in queue waiting to be served behind 2 gentlemen, once they paid the team member was preparing their order. The till was freezing or something so I was waiting. There was another customer after me. 2 servers, one wearing a face mask, the other had yellow hair. Both attempting to fix the screen and carrying on with their work. I ask both of them if I could be served on the other till? I got a blank stare with a fake smile I thought maybe they have orders - so I went to grab a plate from the sushi counter and again stood at the counter waiting for eye contact at least Nothing. The customer behind my was served, and the next one skipped line because she was in a hurry. I sat down and ate my little snack of shrimp, and when I got up I thought why am I even paying? The workers don’t seem to care to serve me or even give me eye contact What a waste of £4.45 and 25 mins of my day Make sure you’re firm if you’re gonna visit here - don’t expect courtesy

it’s a better option that the surrounding noodle restaurants. The chicken is tender and not dry and stiff, which is a very good sign.

I’ve visited Kokoros several times, and each experience has been great. The food is outstanding, consistently delivering delicious flavors that keep me coming back for more. The staff is also good at what they do, making every visit enjoyable. The only drawback is the limited seating capacity. While I appreciate the cozy atmosphere, additional seating options for larger groups would be a nice improvement. Despite this, I highly recommend Kokoros for anyone looking for fantastic food.

Tried Takeaway, heard a lot about the Chicken Katsu Curry . Hence ordered the same, The quantity justified the Price charged for the Said item and was totally worth it . i tried the chicken katsu curry with noodles and highly recommend the same alongside tired the Deep Fried prawns which were too oily and tasted Oki oki aswell. They also had Dorayakis in custard and Chocolate filled which are amazing 5/5

The sushi here is good every time. However I won't say the same for the hot food offered, for example the katzu chicken is too dry or the sweet and sour chicken is too sweet. The service is also hit and miss but the prices are reasonable.

My overall rating was high because you have to respect that they have a concept, stick to it and do it pretty well. 4 main dishes with either rice or noodles plus some extra bits if you're feeling adventurous. Good price for food on the go and ready to eat hot.

Loved the food, I had a sweet chilli chicken bowl which was super tasty and nicely spicy. The price was very reasonable at £7.75. Located right in the middle of the busy town centre I would expect this place to be a little bit busier, maybe it was quiet as it was only midday. I recommend trying this place.

KOKORO offers fast Asian cuisine in a casual setting. Portion wise it is worth for the price. However some pieces are refried are the bottom. Microwave used to re heat noodles but rice comes fresh out of the rice cooker.
