   Getting really disheartened with Malik's - a year ago used to be great; last few orders have been very medicore. Worst of all, I have emailed to point this out and ask further questions but they don't bother to reply - does this show they don't care? Chicken tikka massal dish is extremely sweet, like a korma - is this normal? Not how I like it; would like to know if this was a mistake (and if so they should refund me) or should I just avoid this dish from Malik's? Unfortunately also discovered the mattar paneer is also really really sweet too. Dishes are getting greasier and greasier, less meat, and sweeter. Driver also always fails to find my house and has to ring up.

   Terrible experience. Got taken to our table and then asked to move by the waiters for some reason. Then they brought out lamb instead of chicken as a mistake. One of the dishes was not edible seemed like the vegetables were undercooked. However, we were still charged. We were then left for 15 mins after dinner, as they forgot to give us the dessert menu. Not a great experience considering how overpriced the place is.

   Nice place. Cozy and warm. Dishes were bland. I gave back my Sag Paneer which was drenched in cream and wasn’t spiced. We also ordered lamb which was creamy but no spices. Service was friendly but that does not help if the main thing you go out for is just mediocre.

   Ate early evening so only 2 other tables 6 people in total in the restaurant. Great dishes, wonderfully prepared. My only comment is that the food gets cold quickly, hot plates or dish warmers are not used on the table, so if you're wanting to chat and eat, you food could be a little on the cold side.

   I walked into this restaurant (very quiet!) the general manager clearly has a reputation of terrible customer service. He’s asked me if I had booked. I said no. I told him if he could accommodate 5 people, 2 adults 3 children. He asked how old my kids are rudely. He then sniggered to say I hope they keep quiet! I mean how shocking is this in todays society having to witness and hear such pathetic comments. I told no thanks we don’t need a table and I gave him a piece of my mind. He’s rude, clearly unhappy individual maybe has forgotten how to smile. I have to say in this industry right now every customer is important. I think this manager needs to reflect on himself a lot and read back on some of the comments on this page and change his attitude. It’s a small town!

   Had a lovely Sunday lunch, staff were very friendly and the food was amazing. Restaurant was spotless and nicely decorated. They only have buffets some Sundays, so check in advance.

   Pretty decent food at a nice tablecloth establishment. Had a huge double Gin and tonic, had some flavorful food. Service was quick and efficient, I liked the roti and curries. Definitely had plenty of food and plenty of people inside on a Thursday evening. Would come back to try more of the menu
