   I used to buy sushi here but stopped because the previous staff member was a bit rude. This week I noticed new guys at the kiosk and decided to give it another try — they were so warm and friendly, and the sushi was superb! Glad I came back.

   My local sushi daily is Wembley Asda, I’ve been there about 3 times. I was served all by the same person everytime. The servers name is Yong. He is incredibly rude and very dismissive. On the 03/10/2025 , I approached the counter around 5:45 and asked if it would be okay to get a prawn tempura crunch roll without crispy onions he angrily said he already cleaned the surfaces and will not be doing so. Today which is the 06/10/2025 , i approached the counter at around 14:00pm , which is plenty of time to get the requested items, he ignored me for about 5 mins as he had headphones in and when i finally got his attention he said he will not be doing that as he is busy and he will be able to do it in 20-25 mins , when i pressed the issue he said , “we don’t have the ingredients in store” , which is different to what he just said , it is very unprofessional and as someone who has worked in the food industry before it was very uncalled for and not polite at all. I do not want Yong to be punished by losing his job however get more active training on customer service & how to speak to customers appropriately. I will not be returning to this sushi daily unless it is absolutely necessary.

   The gentleman working there at 11am on 31/01/2025 has a horrible attitude and very bad customer service. such a shame that the sushi is decent but he is letting down the company he works for. He refused to take my order!!! incredibly disapointed!
