   The best sushi spot , it’s really my go to as I always order from here. The foods delicious and it only just gets better every time with improvements. I do think the quality is better when you order early on in the day but other than that they’re really attentive as well and answer my notes like extra sauce and stuff so thank you so much for that I really appreciate it.

   We order the food on the website We send the order at 18:25 And the website said the food will arrive at 19:20 We wait so long for the food, and call the shop 3times, we found that they put 3orders to one driver, that’s why the food take so long to arrive our home. And the food arrive at 20:05……. And the tempura box is all wet because of the hot air trapped for almost an hour. And the food taste…… We are so angry as we are the return customer We order almost every single week. And I never think they treat customer like that!

   The best sushi we’ve had in london . They feel like a genuine food business with the biggest heart of bringing the right flavours in at the most affordable prices . We’ve ordered in multiple times and every time is better than the previous :) sometimes they even surprise you with a surprise present dish :) it’s quite cute . Kudos to you ! We promise to always get our sushi dose from you ! They’re a “must try” ! Just that will convert you to an “always have” :)

   i absolutely loved the classic bento box, amazing price for what they gave me… i have never had sushi like this before prepared so well and actually bearable tasting? does that make sense? there was egg, fresh nigiri, california rolls, pickled cabbage and fresh lettuce with carrots and fish eggs oh myyyyy! i watched the chef prepare it in front of my eyes and the lady was so lovely and sweet at the cashier. the only thing is that i wish they had more restaurants open, for the quality of the food i would come here as a regular for sure but i live far sadly and it was a rare visit, but the best. i LOVED it. everyone come here!!!

   Usually very good but arrival / delay times are veritable. Prawns in tempura are half the size and one fewer than they used to be and this time all hot food arrived cold. ? Due to being 50 mins after agreed delivery time and 1.5 hrs after order. Quality of sushi and sashimi was excellent. My request to exclude chopsticks and soy sauce was again ignored (I have plenty)

   Dear Rin Sushi, I am posting these images to remind you how incredible your sushi *was* not so long ago. The pieces were incredibly fresh, juicy and foremost, generous. Quite unfortunately, my last week's order was a disaster. Though sashimi was still good, the rolls shrank in size, significantly. The portion that used to fit in two boxes was now put in one with a tiny bit of marinated ginger and wasabi. This is not how you should be treating your loyal customers. I am sure people are happy to pay a couple of pounds more but get what they used to get. I hate to say that I am not going to rush my next order, sadly. Thanks, Maggie

   Dear Rin Sushi, What a disappointment of my last order. I usually order my 'go to' salmon sashimi, salmon and tuna nigiris and inside out rolls (anything with tuna and salmon). The pieces are usually very generous, incredibly fresh and juicy. I can never complain about that. Therefore, after trying many restaurants, I have given you my loyalty. Nevertheless, quite sadly, in my last order, the rolls shrank in size and there was hardly any fish noticable in them. If you want to keep your customers happy or keep them, full stop, please, do not lower the quality of your food. I am sure people are happy to pay a couple of pounds more for amazing quality as the opposite of being deceived with the reduced in size sushi. Not okay! Thank you, Maggie
