   I got the chilli chicken and teriyaki chicken and was delicious, only thing is some of the chilli chicken pieces were more batter than chicken but the thicker chicken bits were so good.

   First time had spicy tofu, well I am not a picky eater but I couldn't eat this. It was so bland and had no flavour beside spice. I eat only few mouthfuls as I was hungry and now have terrible stomach ache. On the other hand my son had sushi and he enjoyed it very much.

   Go here a few times a week to mainly grab a chicken katsu salad which is 10/10. Sometimes have other food like sweet and sour chicken or katsu curry. Food is always very good and service is normally also perfect. Although lately have noticed service to be getting a little slower. Was waiting to be served for nearly 10 minutes whilst Deliveroo drivers coming in after me were getting served straight away. That just needs improving

   The food is good but the service could be better. The tables were all dirty, we asked the staff if they could wipe the tables down twice. They’ve continuously ignored us. As well as this, we had to wait for our food to be served. after repeatedly asking…the reply was 5 mins…the staff remembers have blatantly ignoring their customer requests.

   I love this place but do have to wonder why after being open for a couple years now that they still shove everything onto one tv screen then duplicate it on the other. You need binoculars to read the menu! Please split them so one shows your cold menu and one shows your hot menu. Food is awesome as always!

   This is my first time at a Japanese fast food restaurant, and I had a good experience. The place suited my vegan daughter and her two children. I was delighted by the beautiful display of the rolls and sushi trays. The grandchildren really enjoyed the miso soup and seaweed salad. I chose a box of a large and tasty combination. The price was cheap and the food was delicious. The noodle portion was average.

   Pre-packed meals are fine. The hot food is nice enough and good size servings. Atmosphere is also pleasant. However 3 glaring issues which have illicited this rating: 1. The wait time is terrible. Mainly down to the poor workflow for food service and tills... Duplicate effort, unclear customer journey, inefficient food prep process. The in-house seating was empty but the line was really long. 2. While here on this occasion, the service staff was cutting crumbed chicken (with scissors), when they realised the chicken was not properly cooked. They diligently threw out the chicken... But continued to use the same (not cleaned) scissors and the customer had to ask for the already prepared rice to be changed. 3. Because of the long line, the seating area was not being cleared in a reasonable time with empty containers on the tables.
