I always come here the food is always incredible and staff is so kind and understanding best sushi in this area!!
I had a takeaway from here. I ordered the teriyaki wings and the chicken was raw. I phoned and told them this was a very serious issue. They said they had a trainee chef in, and seemed to think this was an OK excuse. I asked for my money back but they said I had to go to Uber Eats. Uber said I was only entitled to the money back for the chicken. I feel I should have been compensated for the entire meal as I didn't really want to eat the rest. Neither have resolved the issue. It is a very serious issue so I am going to report it to Health and Safety.
We order food from Twickenham several time but this was the last time. 10 of 12 maki had prawn tail so sharp that cut me tongue. We had problems with this branch but never so bad absolutely disgusting inside of prawn you get rubbish.
nice sushi place, nothing incredible but not bad by any means. i ordered on uber eats and it arrived really quickly. my only concern was that there was some traces of fish eggs on my vegan sushi. it wasn’t loads so not a huge issue for me as i could eat around them, but i know that may be a bigger deal to others.
Me and my husband just had a lovely dinner from this place. The sushi was fresh and delicious and the katsu curry was to die for. Thank you Patricia!
Bad really bad indeed,if you don’t have a good attitude just don’t open ,can you believe ordered a chicken ramen noodle without noodles and chicken? Only the soup? And give me wrong sushi too, and last but no least, the wrong sushi even got a funny smell, my girl can’t even give it a bite! Terrible! Just really mad!
I’ve been ordering from this place regularly for about a year and have been very happy with the quality. However, on the last two occasions I’ve noticed that the quality has deteriorated. I could tell straight away just by looking at it that the sushi simply wasn’t fresh. I tried some and it didn’t taste good. The rest I just threw in the bin. So that’s about £40 wasted. Once I can can accept as an aberration but not twice. Unfortunately they’ve lost my custom. I won’t be ordering from them again.
I love this place! I came to London, especially, to eat here. The sushi is top notch, you can tell they use fresh ingredients and the staff was wonderful. I'd recommend you eat here any day of the week! Thank you You Me Sushi!
Simply excellent sushi and sashimi! Fresh fish, right amount and texture of rice. I absolutely love this place. My family places regular order from here and they always prepare everything neatly. The app offers a slightly better price than the competition with loyalty programs and weekly promotion, I highly recommend it! Great food, price and consistency! I will always order from You Me Sushi
Ordered through uber eats. Quality of food was below average. Tuna in Poké Bowl was full of sinew and very chewy - almost inedible. The "crunchy" rolls were quite poor - the chicken and crab variants were indistinguishable in flavour and the portion sizes quite small for the price. Rice was over cooked. Might have caught the shop on a bad day but it really was quite poor for sushi and a third of our meal ended up in the bin. Can't recommend it. Sorry
