Time to take some items off the menu. They don’t seem to be in stock and receiving substitutions without any discussion that were cheaper and worse quality was not a good experience. The veal was chicken and the Napoli was bolognese.
I came to la farina for the first time looking to try a place different to my regulars. The staff were friendly and gave helpful recommendations. The pizza was tasty and I’ll definitely be returning soon.

This used to be an amazing pizza place but lately it's not been as good. Ordered two pizzas today and when they arrived they were both burned. The photo should be a ham and mushroom. The ham is basically charcoal. Edit: I was going to reorder and update this review, but after seeing the restaurant response I'm not going to. I'm very sorry that what you sent me actually met your quality standards - and I think I can tell when food is burned, thank you. It wasn't just the cheese (although I agree your usual cheese was vastly better), it was also the ham and the base.
This is the most disgusting food I’ve ever had, fake Italian pizza, please do not waste your money. I ordered pasta which tasted like raw garlic and oil with salt. If I could give this a zero rating I would. La farina Do not claim to be Italian pizza when it’s not. I tried to call numerous times and it doesn’t go through. The only thing Italian here is me. Edit: It was a straightforward order for my child, I couldn’t feed her this and I still haven’t received my refund

We set up an online order on Easter Monday and our card was charged. Unfortunately when we went to the store to collect our pizzas it turned out they were closed. They did not leave a voicemail informing customers or update their opening hours on Google or their website. They did offer a refund in cash the next day so giving 3 stars rather than 1 - however we will go elsewhere for pizza next time.
loved this place and wanted to order at least 5 times before leaving a review. Not the case anymore as the pizza I've received tonight had hair in it. Not on it, in it. You can clearly see on the pictures how it's part of the base...
