Not goot at all. It was my first time in this restaurant. I stated this to a blonde waitress when I got there and she replied "just queue and wait". I waited and when it was my turn, the brought me to a table directly facing the the cooks, whereas all other diners had other tables. Coincidentally, I happen to be the only one on this table. Moreover, was told have to pay right away which was not an issue but I what bothers me is this again was different to other diners. Honestly, I felt discriminated and unwelcome especially by that waitress so paid, ate quickly so I could leave. Not a good start to 2026.

I had a booking for 1pm and arrived at 12:55 as it says to on the booking confirmation. I arrived to a huge queue and explained i had a booking. The waiter looked at me very confused and said okay but then proceeded to seat people who didnt have a booking! There were 3 stations piled high with food but none of the waiters were clearing them and 2 were standing staring at tablets. After 25 minutes and two times of asking , she finally told someone to clear a table but there were no apologies. I do not understand why there is the option of booking to then have to wait for a table. Nice food but takes forever to come. Won't be returning.

We attended today, greeted by a rather angry waiter who snatched bowls out of my hand when I picked up the dirty bowls. The aroma smells like dough and bleach mixed together. We were also shocked at the hygiene of this restaurant as there was mess everywhere and looked like it hadn’t had a clean. Would not recommend

I went here with my friend for lunch to eat sushi. We were seated at lower seats, giving us a limited view of the conveyor belt. We ordered water, some sushi, a kimchi chicken salad, and a chicken katsu curry. Unfortunately, we never received our water, and the sushi took a long time to arrive. The chicken in the salad was very dry, but I thoroughly enjoyed the sushi. The conveyor belt was nice, though many options weren’t on it, so we had to order off the menu. At the end, we were overcharged by at least 20% and didn’t get a receipt, which I think should be mandatory. Overall, the service was mostly friendly and the food mostly good, that said, this visit didn’t show YO! Sushi at its best.

Maybe its just not my cup of tea but this was really disappointing I guess the rolls/sushi are alright, the same stuff you expect from wasabi/itsu/etc, but the cooked food - strongly suggest not to try :( the ramen was beyond disappointing, the whole broth was oily and you can taste nothing but black pepper, the vegetable was raw, the noodle is not ramen, just egg noodle. Not to mention it was not hot enough. I think i prefer wagamama if we are talking about western style cooked japanese food. Stick with the rolls/maki if you go!

Was busy, however no need to wait for a seat. Ordering is quick and easy by the QR code. Food and drink started arriving within a few minutes. Staff were nice and food excellent.

Good branch of YO!, nice and helpful staff, same system as all the others and with lots of seating including many booths. Food is the standard you expect and a nice option for a lighter lunch…

love the rebrand, and the new ordering system. the tempura katsu curry bowl was delicious, the prawn was very good. the teriyaki chicken was also good. however, the rice in the sushi was not very good and was very mushy and dry. overall, would still come again, just would not order the sushi.

Delicious food but their prices mainly for the sushi have gone sky rocket. Used to be £2-4 per plate when picking them off the conveyor. Now you have to order them on the scanned QR code for what you want and they arrive where you sit on the belt. Salmon Ponzu was £6 per plate, Nigiri is £5 per plate..
