First time having a prawn Donburi and a aloe pomegranate drink and I was very impressed. This branch is very relaxing and clean.
I arrived a few minutes before it close and Joy has been extremely polite and professional, it is not the first time that this person is very polite and welcoming. There are not so many places in London like that anymore. Reccomend it
This is a great place to enjoy hot or cold rice and noodles dishes. I stopped by for a weekend dinner. The food already come prepared so all you need to do is pay and decide whether eating in or taking away. There’s a disabled toilet on site with access to baby changing facilities if interested. There music to enjoy while dining as I chose to eat in. My only annoyance was the food portions. It’s been a while since I’ve had Wasabi meal from the restaurant as I usually have them from the supermarket so it was a shock when I saw the portion of rice served - quite small for the price paid that’s why I don’t think good value for money. Other than that, great service, clean and tidy display, fully stocked items and friendly and responsive staff.
I have been food poisoned yesterday at this restaurant. I have ordered a chicken katsu curry and a bottle of water only. I had my meal straight away and 1h later I was feeling unwell with nausea. After starting to feel unwell, in 20 minutes I started to vomit and continued to vomit until 4:30am of today. At every single vomit there was this food I ate. Stay away from this restaurant, in an elderly person or a child this issue could have ended up in hospital!!!
I’m a regular and always coming in. The service is outstanding especially the guy named Sab I finally got his name after all this time .
Highly recommend for the freshest food but I think what makes it truly exceptional, is how friendly the staff are. My Go-To place for Dinner.
