   Can’t understand the negative reviews, little Japan is the best sushi in Surrey. It’s also very reasonably priced compared to others. The sushi is exquisite and we order every week, never had a problem aside from perhaps a slightly late order once.

   Ordered 3 times (delivery) over last couple of months. Every time I’ve had diarrhoea afterwards. First time I didn’t think much of it. Second time I did think it was weird but could be a coincidence. Third time, I knew never to order food from here again! Food tasted good though!!

   Service level is shambles. Ordered at 8:15pm and food arrived at 9:45pm. Delivered to a hospital with no cutlery provided even though it was requested. Imagine eating sushi with your hands. Really not impressed. Also asked them to package particular sushi in a separate container to avoid cross contamination as I’m pregnant but the food arrived packaged together. Will not be ordering again.

   “The food was very average. Around 6:30 today, I ordered a sushi set and tempura. The staff told me to wait for about 30 minutes, but I ended up waiting for an hour. I understand they had a lot of takeaway orders, but while watching them make the sushi, I noticed that they wore gloves but kept touching different things like phones, tablets, order slips, and pens. They touched everything around them while wearing gloves, and then continued preparing sashimi and sushi as if nothing had happened. This was really hard to accept and quite disgusting. Their hygiene awareness was severely lacking. This completely violated the proper handling procedures for making Japanese sushi. Because there were too many people waiting, I didn’t want to raise these issues in front of them and affect their image. I was shocked and regretted ordering this takeaway. I hope I won’t have a stomach ache after eating it tonight, and if anything happens to my health, I will definitely hold them accountable.”

   Thank you so much for my lovely sushi tonight!This was my1st order and it blew me away.So fresh,so tasty,massive chunks of salmon,edamame beans in chilli sauce were gorgeous!I was hesitant ordering sushi takeaway but it was recommended by my neighbour and I'm glad I gave it a go.Delicious!
