    First time, ordered take out on the screen, didn’t know I have to grab few items myself, then someone came to help, I had to come back in the store, was missing an item, then walked 80 yards my bag melted, food on the floor, the package was not sealed properly and the bag quality is poor. I had to clean the mess and walk to find a bin to dispose nearly everything.

    We went in around 19:30 on Saturday evening, it seemed to be fairly busy and only a few staff around. We ordered using the machines and went to the counter to wait, despite there being several delivery riders giving the management a hard time about waiting, we got our food within two minutes. It was piping hot, well presented and absolutely delicious especially given the price. Have to give special mention to Max, who gave us great service and was super helpful even whilst under pressure. Really enjoyed the experience thanks to Max, I hope he gets to read this and know that we appreciated his efforts. Clive

    We went today as a family and a bug (big fly) came out of my child’s food. The staff was very reactive and very kind and refunded us and changed our children’s food (made at the same time). However I am not trusting this venue anymore.

    Only discovered ITSU recently. Finally, fast food that's also healthy as well as competitively priced. So far the Vitality bowl is my favourite.

    Clean, presentable and friendly staff. Quick and easy order. Spacious for pram and children. Food were good. Various to choose from cold and warm. Will definitely come back. Toilet is clean too.

    Old and rotten sushi. Disgusted. The avocado was covered in mould. They dont let you select the sushi anymore, they insist that you order it and then pack rotten food in your bag. Disgusting. Avoid.

    A cute place with good food. A special appreciation award for their soups and their mint tea (super hot and delicious even after dinner). At 8.30 pm all the ready meals are half price, great opportunity!

    Shared a fabulous selection of dishes today which Jack kindly helped us to select. All delicious, so fresh and very tasty. Will definitely be making regular trips here- there’s something for everyone here.
