   Very annoying self checkouts only 4 take cash and all 14 take card meaning you and having a longer wait to pay cash. Treated like a second class customer! Some of the staffed checkouts are no longer accepting cash! Disgusting removing freedom of choise morally wrong as some people have to use cash for various reasons. People should shop elsewhere until the issue is rectified.

   I’ve placed 5 stars here because yesterday my husband and I visited your store. We were served by a tall blonde lady Lu. In front of us she had a difficult customer. We witnessed her not been spoken to very nicely and in fact he was raising his voice to her in what we thought was a completely irrational manner. She was patient and thoroughly professional. My husband actually spoke up for her and told him to do one as we were all waiting. He only had two items but Jesus he was arguing with her. In the end the lady said please pay your money so she could serve other customers. When he left she was so apologetic apologised to us all. Hats off to her experience, commitment to her tasks in hand. Don’t know how she kept so calm. Clearly you’ve got a good robust member of staff, we both think she said she was fairly new. Today we went back to get some extras saw her again on till 9, she’s a good advert for Tescos as she was helping a young male in a wheelchair again huge beaming smile and appeared to really care about her customers. Pleasure to come shopping at Worksop now. Keep up the good work Lu, how do we find out what shifts she works on?

   Just want to thank Dave the delivery driver who delivered my shopping today.to raines avenue.....when I got up to answer the door I fell. When I eventually got to the door Dave went above and beyond to help me.    Went in at 11.30pm for some emergency items for our baby. Greeted by an ignorant security guard that can't speak the English language and just grunts at you. One set of doors locked but no signage to tell you how to get in. Trying to get to the entrance to the store which must have been closed, I just got shouted "oi" at along with "ugh" and "mer". Once I found my way in (again no signage) items found and purchased through a very very sedate self checkout, I left with more grunts from the above mentioned security guard. Granted it's late, the store is open til 12, no excuse for bad manners and ignorance.

   Just had a lady watch over my shoulder the whole time while at the self check out because I didn’t scan my bag for life (thought you did this at the end) then came back over to make sure I had scanned the bag. Most appalling customer service treating me like a criminal over a 30p bag. Awful awful attitude blonde ladies in her 40s/50s can not believe how I have just been treated by her never felt so uncomfortable while out shopping

   To be honest it's not a Tesco i go very often. I only nipped in for a few bits. It seemed popular but i found there were a few empty shelves and freezers. The clothes seemed well stocked and the place seemed clean
