Loads of choice food, clothes etc, plenty of parking. Weekday evenings tend to be quieter and pleasant. I visited this morning to return some clothing, the night manager went above and beyond so helpful, nice guy, customer centric. I would definitely recommend this branch of Tesco, hard working, helpful staff, good layout, well stocked. Be aware that customer service opening times for returns etc is restricted and not in line with the website information or store opening times. Website needs updating!!
Went in around 10:30pm on 31/10/25, a security guard that looked like a child ran after me and stood about 2 feet behind me whilst i looked at the sushi, who then followed me and two friends around the shop and walked passed us shaking his head side to side. Very unpleasant experience and made uncomfortable to a high level.
I have been to Tesco stores all over the country through work and never encountered any issues other than Tesco Balby. The staff seem to go out of their way to be militant and rude.
Don't really enjoy shopping but as far as stores go it's fine. Pharmacy very good
Today i went here to tesco,i purchased some beers and drinks for about £160,while i went to checkout the lady staff (she has using leg stick).she behaved me racist. For every one(white peoples) they treating normally .but when she seen my skin colour she asked me to take the physical clubcard from home and come to checkout and behaved rudely. Even after im showed my clubcard app ,she not even apologise for her rude behaviour,this makes me feel hurtful jn tesco.she also laughing at me with her coworkers. Actually i need to file a case against her in human rights department.
It has 2 cash machines outside. There's parking for motorbikes and for cycles. there's free wifi. There's a cafe which I will review one of these days. I came here because they had a special offer on craft beers this week, most of the 440ml cans were £1 off which was a great bargain.
