   Sweet chilli chicken isnt what it use to be. I've been eating this for a while most Fridays and it's always looked like the pictures, nice sweet chilli orange colour and juicy. The last 2 times I've ordered its been more like a plumb sauce colour and the chicken is chewy and dry, when you find a piece of chicken that is, mainly gristle or skin fried. They've changed something for the worse. Won't be ordering again unfortunately, had a good thing going for a while.

   Made me so sick! Absolutely put of Kokoro. How can they even serve this?! This is so dangerous!! Having to take 3 days off work with food poisoning is not ok.

   I used to love their sushi, but it's not the same anymore. The same thing with food, generally used to be much better, not the same. Apart from that, I have been to a number of kokoro shops, this one is just not the same, it started well, though. Also, please check the chop sticks to make sure they are always clean and warm up the food to a hotter temperature please. I'm not sure what it is, but staff are not very enthusiastic at the moment. Sorry, I'm just not loving this eatery at the moment.

   Nice place and I had some tasty food, however this is the second time that I want to buy sushi to take out but they don't have much food available. Its a shame. Saisbury's have more sushi choice than them!

   Nice change from the usual fare in Walton, sushi was okay but the vegetable gyoza noodles were on the bland side. Came here on quiet Saturday afternoon, but have to contend with slow and confused service. Counted four people behind the counter who were clueless and maybe lacking any training, place needs to get a grip.

   Delicious food and lovely staff, I’ve never had a bad Kokoro. Shop looks spacious and inviting, I’ll definitely sit in next time. :)

   Must have been a staff change from earlier because all the staff were super. Great, affordable, authentic Asian food. Better than most full service restaurants. Will also be my default takeaway from now on. Try the Bulgogi !

   So happy to have a kokoro in Walton! Food was great, always tastes lovely! There was a gentleman working that was very friendly, seemed very confident in serving, great customer service from him. There was some challenges with the younger more inexperienced staff. They seemed very overwhelmed. The gentlemen working did his best to support them. Overall will be returning but could do with some work on staffing.
