   I order from here often, maybe once every 2 months and usually there is no issues and its 5 star from me. in person the team is wonderful, and ordering online is very efficient. However, today i dont know what happened. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and also the korean chili chicken, i love both of these from here usually but today they tasted old, dry and very gamey. It tasted very off so I was scared to finish it. The rice also seemed not fresh. I hope this is just a one off situation

   It was my first time visiting Kokoro today around 8 pm. The food was good and the place was nice, but I felt uncomfortable seeing one staff member being rude to her coworker, who seemed to be a Nepali girl. As a customer, it didn’t feel right, and I felt bad for her. I hope the management ensures that all staff are treated with kindness and respect, as it makes a big difference for both employees and customers.

   A good choice to order take away from Kokoro. 1 portion (regular size or large size of bowl) can be filled with 2 different dishes/proteins such as chicken or beef or salmon or pork, etc, and also 1 side dish (you can choose between rice or noodle). With reasonable price, and good portion. They also sell udon, sushi, a wide variety of drinks, etc. Toilets for customers are not available.

   Nice building and choice of foods, portions were generally large. We had some sushi and chicken/sweet-chili noodle combo. Then we had some more Korean type noodles but saw them making it from packets that we can get in the store ... I would have hoped it would have been more authentic. Overall nice clean store. Nice to have sushi and noodle options in the High street.

   Korean restaurant located in the heart of Hounslow. I tried the sweet and sour chicken with steamed rice, was disappointed the sauce had a strange dry taste to it. I also have tried sushi before the mini California roll, which was very tasty and fresh. Recommend for sushi, but for sweet and sour chicken would head elsewhere.

   Got a spicy tofu with noodles takeaway from KOKORO. Tofus we’re good but not “spicy”. I found noodles a bit on sweeter side which is not how I like my noodles (sorry I’m spoiled by Chinese food). Overall they were good and the large portions are more than enough for me.
