By far the worst takeaway I’ve ever used in my life! Took an hour and a half to get to my door and I’m 5 minutes away from the place! Then when it got here I wished it hadn’t! Not even warm, some of the food containers were open as well! Had to order from another place! Not surprised they only have a 3.6 rating at all! Avoid this place at all costs!
The food is absolutely amazing and honestly the best food I’ve ever had. But the service isn’t so great. Don’t get me wrong the two girls at the front are so sweet and they always play good music in there, but the delivery isn’t great. They often forget to add things to your order like for example once I ordered a boba tea warm and I got it cold with ice, or I once ordered it warm with cheese foam and they forgot the cheese foam and made it cold again. I ordered for delivery in advance and was told my order would be here at half past eight but they only started preparing it at half past eight, then told me that my order would arrive at half past nine. Like I said, don’t get me wrong they’re amazing nothing bad against them it’s just things like this that bring it down.
I enjoyed the food as it was a night out and hungry . Atmosphere was great ,a nice place for a stop up when out and out for something to eat when out and better for takeaway or dine in.
I've never written a review in my life but I had to due to had bad this place is. The food took over 1 and half hours to arrive when I did it was stone cold. I created my own box and opted for half rice half chips, I literally got 9 chip I counted them and they were so dry they must of been there all day salt and pepper chicken was even drier than the chips. Not happy in the slightest I could of forgiven the order being late if the food was good. Avoid this place for food definitely much better and cheaper options
The order took a while, though that was probably because it was quite busy. The boba is delicious, the waffles are also amazing. I can't speak for the hot food, as I haven't tried it, but it looks good. Vegetarian options are limited and the price is a little high, but it's great for a rare treat.
The BBQ chicken lacked a bit of flavour, everything else was good. Having said that I have tasted better. The bubble tea was average. Very reasonable in terms of pricing.
