   After doing my shop, get to the checkout and can’t pay contactless. No signs as you enter just ones when you’re finished shopping. Complete waste of time, and of course staff don’t care! Had to go all the way back home to go back out after I got my wallet; what a surprise, no signs anymore. Complete waste of 40 minutes of my day. Let’s not even get in to the Evri service here, or lack of as they can almost never accept parcels.

   Gone in to buy some beer after a rubbish day at work. Handed the guy behind the till my ID just to be told it wasn’t me? I’m 24, bit worrying if I’m still borrowing IDs at this age. Went straight to Morrisons. Shan’t be returning.

   Great little local shop, has some of the same stuff that is sold in larger Tesco storesPrices are the same as larger stores as well Convinent saves trip into town for everyday essentials. Has a Atm out side and also free car parking for approx 12 cars it has a disabiledparkingback near the entrance.

   I would totally disagree that staff members aren't taking this unprecedented pandemic seriously. They are bright and cheerful, which is the totally attitude and spirit we should all embrace. They are working tirelessly to provide a safe environment, with social distancing and a one way systems both inside the store, as well as outside. The main difficulties they are encountering is noncompliance to these procedures from ignorant and arrogant individuals, who are rude and thoughtless. I only have praise for the staff, who have always been extremely helpful and pleasant. They are a credit to the company. The manager and staff members go above and beyond in my opinion and experience. Keep up the good work and realise that you are supported and appreciated by the majority.

   I have nothing but praise for Tesco Express in Grappenhall in this current situation. The managers, supervisors, shop floor staff etc are going above and beyond to ensure this Express Store is stocked up with food and drinks daily to ensure customers get what they require. They are keeping to Government guide lines, ensure the 2 metre markings and arrows are in place, have a member of staff always at their entrance, have plastic screens up at tills and ensure all baskets are sanitised. If the general public choose to ignore their clearly marked out signage then so be it but I really do feel these people need a real pat on their backs at this current time.

   Nice store, but way too small, desperately needs extending (Come on Tesco spend spend some money on this tiny shop). Due to the lack of space, there is limited stock and there are frequently restock trolleys in the way making it difficult to pass each other and reach shelves. Otherwise it's a great store, very busy and friendly staff.
