   Disappointing Experience – Won’t Be Ordering Again I’m really unhappy with my recent order. My pizza arrived two hours late, and when it finally showed up, it was freezing cold. To make things worse, my drink was wrong, and the honey chilli dip I paid for wasn’t included. What annoyed me even more was the service. When I called the shop, the woman told me the driver had set off 40 minutes earlier – but as soon as I got off the phone, the tracker suddenly showed the driver only just leaving. Clearly, I was lied to. Overall, the whole experience was extremely disappointing. For the price I paid, I expected basic competence, not cold food, missing items, and dishonesty. I won’t be ordering from here again!

   Had an order delivered incorrectly, this was the start of a bad experience. Trying to explain to the person on the phone wasn't easy. After being put on hold for ages, the call suddenly ended. Called back again and went through the process again. Eventually managed to speak to someone who gave a hoot and was accused of fraud. They did send a replacement pizza after a long wait, but when the driver delivered it, he also accused us of theft and fraud....wow!!

   I’ve ordered from Fireaway Pizza a few times recently, but I’ve had the same issue more than once now. On two separate occasions, my delivery was late — and both times, I saw the same driver wearing a Fireaway t-shirt delivering food for another restaurant, Yummy Yummy, at the same time. It’s really frustrating because the food arrives cold and well after the estimated time. If drivers are handling orders for multiple takeaways at once, it’s clearly affecting the quality of service for both. This kind of service is not acceptable, especially when you’re paying for convenience and hot food. Won’t be ordering again unless things improve.

   I'm gona give these guys s 5 star. Even tho I recieved a cold pizza. Just eats. Fault it was cold nit fireaway. The pizza. Was nice but would of been outstanding. If just eat didn't take 1 hour. And stop off for 3 deliveries. On the way here. Fire away you would have much better reviews if you stop using them. I will come to shop next time to try a fresh hot pizza. ( I have no doubts it will be nice). But I will not order threw just eat here again. Thanks.

   As expected as they also do delivery and we ate inside, it was a very clean and comfortable place to eat alone or with your family, also super cheap for the quality and amount of food, all 4 of us ate and drink for just 26 pounds. I am surprised with it and definitely will come back to try their burgers as well.
