   Tried twice to order online around lunch time, payment done, but order rejected subsequently (and refunded in 1st time). First time, at least got an email to notify rejection after half an hour. This time, 45min past, still not even get an email saying anything. The phone number given could never be through, so left waiting. No clue. Subsequently, another 15 min gone and got a call if I still want the order if can be made available in 20min. I went ahead and got the food ard 20min. They apologised and seemed the ordering system had some loophole that led to that, and they prioritise on catering order and do close to order when there is large catering project that the ordering system wouldnt show. Anyway, food are reasonably good. I like the udon soup and there were too much salmon in okamase sushi set that salmon not my favourite sushi, so it was not fair for me to comment that sushi not good despite I found the sushi rice too chewy.

   One of the tastiest sushi I’ve had; freshly made, melts in your mouth and tastes delicious—definitely restaurant quality at a reasonable price. EDIT: I said yes with a nice sushi platter!

   Some of the best sushi I've ever had in London. Ordered from them a few times and the food, service and value for money are top notch. Great size of fish and amazing flavours. Thank you, I can't wait to order again.

   Would definitely recommend! 1. We are definitely ordering again! 2. The sushi was great! So fresh, it melts in your mouth. 3. Finally found a great sushi place in West London that delivers to our place. You can find them on deliveroo or by searching for their website. We will order from the website as the process was very smooth and straightforward. 4. Very friendly owner who you can tell puts his soul into every sushi roll. This can be seen in the quality of the sushi! 5. Chopsticks are of good quality, no splinters in your fingers which you get from many takeaways offering chopsticks. 6. Neatly packed and swiftly delivered using their own delivery service. It arrived exactly as expected. This is hands down our go to take away from now on!

   Oooh how i love this place!! They seem quite new, but I've already ordered from them four or five times already and enjoyed every single bite! My absolute favourite is the Salmon Box, but it's all good to be honest. Slowly working my way through the menu :)

   We ordered a few dishes from KL Sushi Online for a dinner party with friends and were all very impressed with the meal. The sushi was fresh and much tastier than other places we have tried before. We will certainly be ordering from them again in the future. Highly recommended!
