   I’ve had a consistently disappointing experience with one of the staff members at this shop. On multiple occasions, Debbie (dark hair) has come across as unwelcoming and unapproachable. Her demeanor often feels cold and unfriendly, which makes the shopping experience uncomfortable. Customer service is such an important part of any business, and I truly hope this feedback is taken constructively to help improve interactions going forward.

   I been in a shop today my contact less transaction been cancelled but money was pay off from my account, they can not done anything with this and they saying my money will come back with few days and i have contact my bank that's a shame, I never had a problem like that before, but I saw few month ago another person had similar problem like me so be careful

   After my awful experience in whitwell Coop. It seems better now. Food reduced at the end of the day. Shelves always replenished. Most staff friendly and helpful.

   This is the best local Co-op, staff are always friendly and helpful, they have a food bank donation bin for the community Unity project, they do Raffles for different charity's and are always ready to lend a hand for different projects associated with village events.

   Good range of products and long opening hours. The staff are usually really nice and friendly. The prices tend to be higher than many places, but still a good place to pick up those few bits you need. Another plus, is that they take the totum card (student discount) which saves you 10%. Plus the have their own scheme where I think you can save 5% (don't quote me on that figure) on purchases and they donate to local charity also.

   Excellent shop, very very friendly staff, Dawn in particular is an absolute diamond of a lady with a heart of gold, the only thing that lets the shop down is the prices, but the co-op dividend system is probably the reason why, so I'll still shop there as it supports the local community.
