The staff are friendly and attentive, the food was nice came quickly. My only fault was the portion sizes, 4.95 for a portion of fries we were hoping to share was ridiculous and the carbonara was very small, we shouldn't have left hungry especially for the price we paid.
Had the gf vegan cheese pepperoni pizza. Oh my. It was absolutely delicious. One of the best l have ever tasted. Staff so friendly. Thank you Katie our waitress who was very helpful. Will definitely be back
We enjoyed the food but took ages to be seated even though there were tables free. A few groups waiting behind us ended up leaving and going elsewhere. We would have but being at the front of the queue we kept thinking it can't take much longer. Once we were seated it took ages again to take our order, we couldn't get anyone's attention, it was like we were invisible. The food was nice though but again, we asked for the bill and it took longer than necessary. This all contributed to a poor atmosphere. If they could get the staff to be warm and friendly and make the service quicker then I'm sure more people would enjoy eating here. The other people in my party said they will not go back here.
Today 2nd October 2022. Me and my boyfriend visited frankie and benny's in Leeds white rose shopping centre. My boyfriend ordered whole rack of pork ribs which came with fries and corn on the cob. I have ordered a sirloin steak medium with 2 onion rings fries sauted mushrooms with garlic butter but they were out of the butter. We also ordered a side of corn on the cob this was our mains. We did also order a chicken caesar salad as a starter to share. As shown in the pictures some of the menu items were crossed off as they were not available. Let me start with the service, the service was great from the beginning to the end. We was greeted with a smile by a helpfull young lady. Our waiter a kind gentleman was really patient with us as we could hardly decide what to eat. As for the food I do have to say it was a little bland meaning the chicken in the salad, the fries, and the steak and the mushrooms. Which is not too much of a let down as they did have salt and pepper shakers on the table letting you season to your own likings and maybe that's why. Unfortunately, today the chicken was a little dry in the salad and wasn't too juicy but the dressing did help a little. The sauted mushrooms I feel like were not sauted at all or at least not enough. It tasted pretty watery and the small bowl had a build up of water in the bottom. The steak could have been a little more pinker. The fact that the items were unavailable could have been due to being Sunday afternoon I'm not sure. Over all it was a great experience with kind staff and a clean well looked after place.
Fantastic vegan menu, loved the crispy jackfruit BBQ wingz. Will definitely be coming back to sample more of the menu.

Been Visiting This Place for a While Now Especially More Since The Crown Point Premises Closed Down for Good Last Year. It's Always Very Welcoming but My Recent Visit was as Good as It Used to Be. The Host/Manager Seemed Too Pushy and In a Rush Despite Knowing We Had a Kid in a Pushchair. Anyhow Other Staff was as Welcoming as Always, Food was Great as Expected. Will Definitely Visit Again.
