This store is in need of a serious update/revamp. It's cluttered and looks tired. Most of all the toilets Ladies are awful. 3 cubicles one has been out of order for months. Middle cubicle has no lock on and the door doesn't close at all. There's a gap which offers absolutely no privacy whatsoever. Sainsbury's you are letting your customers down. Do something about your store have some pride in your appearance!

Good store with excellent facilities. Would be good if they could open a cafe, I think that’s all that’s missing in this Sainsbury’s and would be a great addition to the retail park as the closest cafe is in the town centre a 5-10 minute walk away

Just looking SOOO tired. Fridges and freezers noisy/leaking. The car park trolley bays. Broken. The petrol station and car wash. Broken/dilapidated. No music/atmosphere. Everything else ok/serves its purpose. And the customers are nice. C’mon Sainsbury’s. Stop pleasing shareholders for just 1 year and invest something.

A really lovely atmosphere in this store and always supportive of those like myself with neurodivergence. The staff have always been very good if I have had a meltdown in store (usually triggered by sensory overload) they are calm and caring and humanistic. The store is a smaller version but it’s is always well stocked by staff that have an aptitude for customer service. Staff are approachable and communicate, the store is fairly busy most times I have been in, though this does tend to be after work or at the weekends, so can int comment about during a weekday. Busy isn’t a bad thing though as it keeps the store open. As mentioned the store is well stocked and although it doesn’t carry some of the ranges of the bigger stores it is perfectly adequate.

Large parking space,2 hour parking free only. Very clean store. Not so busy. So much staff for it's small size to other supermarket locally. No tills were open despite many staff in the aisles. Only selfservice. At Tesco I enjoy to go to the till. I abhor self service. Customer service is rubbish when I told them about dangerous damaged basket( was at top but 40 minutes later since staff placed more on top). It poke a child eye out or damage your clothing. The ginger haired customer service key works moan I should have brought it in few times with attitude. Even the nice affable no badge ID store manager showing concern of the item didn't get it moved at all; still there 40 minutes later! Not even the self-service staff who placed more baskets on top! Crazy. Very indigent indifferent and aloof complacence staff whom I encountered. Not as much variety to a typical Sainsbury's or supermarket. But Sainsbury's for me , albeit M&S. Foods, is far superior to Tesco or Aldi. So with" Aldi price match, I prefer to buy from Sainsbury's than from Tesco or Aldi. Superior quality here a degree below M&S Foods. Only the fridge whole or breast chicken is the Achilles heel. No taste compared to tesco chicken is far better. Overall not bad experience. Lost 1 star for attitude " customer service" And lost another star as manager talked the talk but didn't act or back it up with prompt if any action on the issue of above. Remember 2 hour parking free only!

Not enough shop floor staff about when you need help. On finding someone, you get told ,"we've only got what's out" (referring to clothes). Clearly, they have no idea as its not their department .

We went here for an English breakfast in the café. Within literally 2.5 minutes of ordering, all 3 of our breakfasts came out at the same time, all custom items accounted for. Really good service indeed! The food itself was absolutely delicious too! Though the portion size was a little smaller than I'm used to, it was still worth the fiver it cost. The sausages were especially tasty & the whole team of builders I was with agreed! Definitely worth a visit if you need a quick bite to eat!
