   Visited the bank quay Aldi today to do my usual food shop. Today was more stressful due to my 3 month of baby decided now was the right time to have a cry around the store. I got to the till and juggling both unloading my shopping and calming down my baby, the man who served me I believe is called Dan thought it was acceptable to make a loud and rude remark about swapping with me to another male colleague as she won’t shut the screaming baby up! I understand it’s annoying for others but imagine how stressful it is for the parent trying to calm the baby down, whilst juggling everything else. I made it clear that kind of comment is totally unacceptable from an Aldi colleague whose daily job role is to deal with the general public! Thank you to the amazing woman shopper who stepped in helped me to finish packing whilst I calmed my baby down and even made a comment to the male colleague that he was extremely rude. Will avoid this store at all cost from now on.

   Visited Aldi yesterday (Friday) with my Mum at around 1.30pm. Just wanted to say what a lovely lad you had on till number 2 that served us. It took my by surprise when he started asking about my day and plans for the weekend whilst he was scanning our shopping. Usually, its a quick scan and go with minimal talking from your staff so it was a lovely change to feel like we were actually treated like customers and not sheep being herded by a dog lol. Would love for this to be a regular thing with all your till operators and not who can get rid of us the quickest.

   I visited today with my mum. The girl on the till was so rude, face was moody all the way through. My mum tried talking to her and got no response. I love shopping here but some of your staff need some extra training in customer service

   Aldi one of the best outlets to pass by for all your needs. They are amazing with their fruits and veggies selections and certainly amazing prices. But also they lack the variety of other competitions example Tesco and so on but that may be due to space constraints and so on. Also they may be carrying and focusing only on fast moving products. I loved the fact of initiation of solar panels being installed on their roofs and also how can I forget they have great space for parking.
