Great superstore! Easy access. Lots of parking. Has fresh produce options daily.

Both signs have bulbs missing. Would you believe that the sign at the front says "bury's", and that at the back says "Sains"! And it's been that way since I last passed by in the dark, 6 months ago! But I'm giving them three stars, because between the front and the back of the store they have at least got one fully functional sign.

It is very well stocked. Some items are expensive. The fruits and vegetables are the best. Lots of meats, dairy, bakery and utlitiy items are there. If you make a Nectar card sometimes cheaper. Please look for an orange label if you have a Nectar card. There is a wide range of liquors as well. On Sunday it opens at 10 and closes at 5. There is a free cash ATM, a Post It box, a post box, plenty of parking, and some plotted plants. It is close to Dakota park where children can play, you can walk and have a picnic.

Our first trip to this store, but won't be the last. Everything you need, in terms of groceries, and wines, with ample wide spaces,to park up properly. Wide aisles, allowing a customer friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff on check out, ( I won't use Self Scan), and easy to get to. Just need some relaxing music, in-store.

Store is ok but trolleys annoyingly require a token and often jam; this means a whole load of trolleys are rendered useless. This had been going on for ages and really needs sorting out.

They never have good levels of stock. You can go for a shop and leave without a good 40% of the shopping you came for. Use the ASDA instead it's much better stocked.

Great shop in terms of lines stocked and availability. Expected to use the self serve or generally only 1 checkout open which is a poor level of customer service. I had a basket full of items which is not great when going through self serve. My options were wait for 3 trolleys to go through a serviced checkout or use the self serve! I am one of many who say the same of the store. Really puts me off shopping there tbh, certainly doesn’t make for a pleasant ‘checkout’ experience. Put your customers first and have more people on the tills. Why should we be forced into serving ourselves at checkout? I have informed duty managers and am posting here as the situation is still continues. There are many people who struggle with self serve for one reason or another or quite frankly don’t want to be doing a larger shop and going through the self serve - it’s stressful. Please look into this.

Great size. The selection isn’t as good as other big ones but for the size of the store it’s got great variety. Good Free From range, they have a lot of ready meals (non Free From). So overall would definitely come back.
