   Went shopping other day tesco clowne..dissapointed with tesco new policy ..they sent us our clubcard points + 6 vouchers for 25 extra points against certain products ..its sometimes nice to try certain different things so we bought all the items ...lady @ till said 2 of the coupons did not scan so we did not get the extra points although we had bought the products ..customer services no longer have acess to add on the points so after wasting time & looking embarrassed we still did not get the points ...tesco should not issue vouchers if they are not going to honour them

   Trying to speak to the pharmacy and I get a message saying something to do with configuration and my call will be blocked . Had an item sent by 111 and due to being unwell they told me to call check it’s in stock to save a journey… but I can’t

   They charged me twice for my shopping then refused to refund my money. They made every excuse not to refund me even though I showed them proof on my bank statement. I did shop at Tesco multiple times a week and now I will never shop there again.

   Popped into Tesco at clowne derbyshire it's a very busy store parking quite easy but bearing in mind how busy the store is parking could at times be difficult I guess very well stocked store quite impressed good variety of veg fruit meat and dairy good dellie counter self service as most Tescos these days nice bakery staff are really nice and helpful nothing is too much trouble revisited today got some excellent Christmas bargains in there very impressed got lovely large corn fed chicken I think years ago it would be called a capon but don't see them these days maybe a specialist butcher where are those these days the tesco club card really brings the price down by impressive amount s yep roll on Christmas I've got dinner

   I had the worst experience ever when visiting the store yesterday. I was short of money on my overall payment and I felt so embarrassed and felt like crying and the cashier was huffing and puffing at me as I was giving some of my shopping back. She asked me how much money I had got and I told her and she said “ oh for god sake” because she couldn’t be bothered to take items off. A lovely woman then offered to pay for my shopping who was in the que behind me and the cashier said “ I’m not putting all that food back through” and was rude to the both of us. Didn’t make me feel at ease at all. So rude!

   Just visited the wine Isle Massive banners everywhere BUY 6 BOTTLES OR MORE GET 25% OFF. ONLY YOU DONT GET THAT. Checked the receipt 2 of 7 bottles purchased had 25%. Off. Usual. A proper con. Obviously I didn’t read the small print hidden somewhere in the isle. It will no doubt be subject to terms. Conditions. Time of day. How many are on offer. Etc etc.

   Gone off Tesco, bossy customer service cause I returned a dress minus the price liable...had the receipt!!!! Then checkout...told 3 times it was card only! Then he drew my attention to the signage on the floor and hanging above...asking myself "do I look thick?" I indicated twice that I understood it was card payment... honestly..chill out miserable lot!!! And please don't repeatedly refer to me as "duck" I'm not a blinking duck.
